One thing I’ve noticed recently is that on the carnival level, you can hear techno/dance music playing often the distance at certain points. You can also hear a man’s voice that sounds like a carnival caller taunting the emperor and trying to attract spectators to a show.

Imagine a group of amplifiers and speakers that blare a mix of styrofoam being pulled out of boxes, fingernails on chalkboards, screaming of children, and whatever other horrific sounds you can imagine, overlaid with Chaos chants and psychic wails.
While onboard the MourningStar, you will notice voice traffic. It is all accurate. Brunt will shout out when the shop has rotated. A Vox transmission will announce a new mission and where it's going to be when an old one expires. One of the characters I can't remember who it may be the ship mistress, will give a rousing speech, ending it while saying for the emperor. your character will shout for the emperor in their own voice and in their own personality.
Ive stood and stared at guardmen and women in their control rooms. At Leman Russ tanks and across city scapes. At staues of heros and of space marines. Theres some great stuff just to look at in thus game.
After 400 hours into the game I noticed that when you hit enemies with specific weapons, like the Ogryn power maul or the plasma gun on veteran, it actually destroys their armor and you can see bones and muscle underneath. Its pretty hard to notice during regular gameplay, but its very easy to see in the Psykhanium. The easiest way to do it is to get an Ogryn power maul since it doesn't do much damage and do a fully charged heavy with the special function of the weapon on and hit a Mauler or armored Rager somewhere in the chest or shoulders/head area. I obviously know that Darktide has gore but didn't know it had such additional stuff.

Can't confrim this but I suspect the ship you see in the consignment yard is the very same you can find featured in a painting in the hallway connecting to the the fountain courtyard outside of the Archivum on the dish map. The oil painting depicts a very similar vessel as it burns falling to the planet and while the damage is not one to one with what we see of the hanging reckage its possible that it split on impact after falling out of orbit.

That said, it does seem like the sort of thing that might result in special armor (just a stripe/badge sort of thing to identify someone). On the flipside, maybe it's so rare and valuable that they _wouldn't_ do that, or else they make that person a target. The wiki page made it seem like blanks were uncomfortable, or painful, or outright lethal just being near psykers. If that's right, then it seems like he isn't really a blank, since he's like...in the same room with Sefoni all the time, yeah?
I'm excited for more to come to this game, even the future hopefully being inspired by the likes of this, space marine 2 and other games. Game devs need to understand something. Tabletop wargaming is fun, but we want lore accurate video games, not small scale mini turn based fights. We want WAR

I just started player because I just recently dove into 40k. Looking at the game's history I'm kinda glad I started playing after they added the skill tree and weapon mastery.
Missed opportunities? You mean like armor pieces that grant various defense/resistance bonuses, and resource carrying benefits (more ammo, grenades, or stat boosters)? Or the ability to add reflex sights or short range and long range scopes to ADS guns that improve their accuracy? Or more paint schemes?... I agree though, the game was a really good start for a Warhammer game in that format.
A question not regarding any of the cool details you found but rather how did you manage to play with 3 bots? I can't launch a mission solo i am forced to play with a buddy or at least one random. I want to explore the maps more but most people i play with seem to hate the maps and just want to get to the end as fast as possible.
There is a mod for it, though if you are patient and queue for specific missions (i.e. not quickplay) at off-peak times - you will be able to start a game solo. Rando's will inevitably join but sometimes it takes a few minutes
Don't advertise a Live service game to millions, hire youtubers to promote it, then deliver zero content for months after launch. it's their fault. They don't "Deserve" anything, we bought a Live service game, didn't get the Live service. Giving them credit for updating a Live Service game is just Toxic Positivity.

Just thought this was going to be different than Vermintide support. I suppose we can "Look forward" to that, years down the road. The number of copies Darktide sold on release though was alot. So, I expected them to go deep into Darktide also as they Advertised it as "Live Service" but I guess that's just marketing nonsense of course.

Zola gives the speech. If you have a cadia personality veteran they will shout "For Cadia" instead.

I’m really new to 40k so I would like to have some more enemies added to this. Instead of just fighting zombies and slightly better armed zombies.

Proportions of that ship is similar to imperial escort or transport ship, not cruiser.

Blanks also make normal people (like prask) uneasy to say the least. So it could be that as well lol
