Unlike the Guard, the Eldar can increase their pop count with Webway Gates, so just grow the Eldar up. Step 6: Now switch back to the Guard and book it to the portal. Ork "economy" is largely the same as others, only difference is how you unlock some of the tech. If memory serves, you can build basic squads as is, but to get more boyz added into any of them you need to make waagh banners, the red towers with a gretchin on a gun atop. Basically your turrets. That in turn adds you these red kinda points (I think infantry and vehicle cap too), which are used to add boyz to squads. Not sure if WA had that extra armor research thing in vehicle building to make the big shit like Squiggoths yet if if that came in DC.
For me the hardest challenge in the entire series was beating Dark Crusade on hard with Chaos. Whoever designed the Campaign must have hated chaos because they get absolutely shafted when it comes to honour guard units. After a dozen matches or so the enemy will start ever map with two players and a massive army so you rely on your honour guard to defend against the initial attack and rush one enemy base because you won't survive a 2v1 on hard difficulty for long. Because of that, chaos needs the forward base ability and in that mission chaos gets shafted even worse. While every other race starts with two relic units to compensate for the fact you can't build anything Chaos gets 0 relic units and because that wasn't awful enough you also get 0 anti tank units while having to deal with a killa kan every 20 seconds. The only time I beat the chaos campaign on hard was when Necrons took over that region making it possible to beat that mission.
@@tobbe2363 On normal difficulty it's actually relatively easy. It's just the nature of the non linear campaign with permanent upgrades that can lead to a sort of snowballing effect. On normal it just keeps getting easier but on hard mistakes can quickly accumulate and lead to unwinnable battles. It also greatly depends on which army you choose. The Orks are quite manageable, even on hard difficulty because of strong honour guard units and a warboss who can solo the enemies early game.
Ngl Winter Assault can be hard, especially when you control squishy faction like the Imperial Guard. But....with a bit of strategy they can survive the slaughter. *Mission 3 on hard mode is really sweaty, the defense mission had high chance of failure if you're not fully prepared and take down the Ork's giant beast.

Why are the Eldars doing on a planet and story based around a single titan
Are you telling me it's getting worse? this is NOT what i want to be hearing right now!.
@@tobbe2363
On normal difficulty it's actually relatively easy.
Yeah but you’re good at the game! I suck! God i’m fucked!.
Thanks for the heads-up tho my Guy
Urbie? URBIE DERRRRRBYYYYYY
Yeeeeeeeeeeheheheheeee!
WAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!
Mission 4 is a strange difficulty jump compared to the other missions. Great expac though.
Yeah it kicked my ass oso goddamned hard, and then they had the audacity to make us play it again!, it was pretty fun tho
Strategy? *spit* send in the next wave!.
But yeah my beat my face at the problem strategy might not have been the best choice.
@tobbe2363 Yes the enemy can be relentless, but with a bit of combined arms, and the BANEBLADE you should face a bit better 👍🏻
COMBINED ARMS!? I can’t just spam guard squads to win the day!? Man this is some bogus!.
I do like the baneblade tho.
Question: you spoke about the campagn being a mod. Was it a mod for Soulstorm?
Yeah sorry i was a bit eager with the cutting when editing. with the mod in the description you can play the original and winter in soulstorm.
I did it since it came with 1080p, but i think it changes a few balance things too.
@@tobbe2363 interesting thing I found when playing 3 expansions and original DoW is, that, when I decided to compare attack stats of Imperial Guard (guard squad) in Soulstorm to Dark Crusade and Winter Assault, they were different. Soulstorm, if I'm not wrong, had the lowest attack of all 3. Idk if the mod fixed that or not
That is interesting, i know that the mod did change some things , but since i didn’t play the original i didn’t pay much attention to it.
Please do the Tau campaign
I might be lucky or unknowingly skilled then, because I completed this mission on my first attempt >.
and then you realize you can get the 2 light ork vehicles through the gate in the first 30 seconds of mission 4
Yeah If you are an Eldar GIT! Real orks do it the right way Without sneaking about!
@@tobbe2363 lmao it isn't sneaking you just bum rush it with what you got!
@@ranger0454nah it's sneaking your a bitch he's right 😂😂😂
I'll tell you how da orkz econamy works...
BUILD MORE WAAAAAGHH BANNERS YA GIT
Where were you when i needed you the most?!
I beat it on insane, it’s not so bad as the imperials you just need to be aggressive and SPAM (good shit)
Thats okey i Will be bad enough for both of us
Do you have a discord server? Really enjoying your videos btw hope you keep at it !
I do not, might get one in the future who knows. Well thank you that is very kind of you to say!
FUUUUUCK winter assault…10/10
Gorgutz is atleast 8 of those 10s
this campaign seems to be a complete clusterfuck xD
It was an experience alright haha
i mean mfker want to make the titat scrap OMEGALUL
You should play the Wacraft and Starcraft games. They are the best RTS games ever
I have actually played Warcraft 3 on the channel, but yes that would be a good Idea
How did you get Joazzz's permission to use his models/contact him in the first place?
I have gotten all models i use for SFM from the steam workshop or SFM LAB.
Remember getting several w40k packs years ago, dont know If they are still up tho.
@@tobbe2363 Ik how to get the models, in fact I too have them. I am interested in knowing how did you get Joazzz's permission to use them / contact him since a few videos ago you thanked him for giving you the perms.
I Wonder what faction in DW DC you'd go with but considering you have a "kreig model'" Id assume guard
Just to let you know Guard V necrons is like tissue Paper vs a toilet
That is the exciting part! I dont know myself, but i do love the guard.
well thats the good thing about the guard, there are always more guardsmen!
Yeah, your commander will die so much and rebuying honor guards would be normal (unless you turtle them--no fun), IG I think is the most fun to play in the DC campaign. (Hardest diff)
Having Ogryns would make your life easier tho.
Yeah I’ve never made it past the first Eldar mission😂
Why hate the eldars me playing they have good fire power problem weak armor easily get killed with heavy weapons and tanks
Oh it is 100% a skill issue on my part and it is a meme at this point
@@tobbe2363oh I understand they are hard to play since it’s more on surprise attack or out numbering your opponent but it’s hard since eldar armor are kinda low if not upgraded
I Will keep that in mind If they are in soulstorm, thanks for the tips!.
I wont promise not to take a poke at them though, it is expected of me at this point haha
Wh40k in short: Green iz best
It’s an unassailable opinion to hold
You triping bro, big E is the best
@@cykablyat3680 Big E is busy rotting on a throne.
Meanwhile, the orks are genuinely happy.
@@cykablyat3680 big e is not green therefore he is not the best
Wait wait winter assault was the hardest expansion?
it is heresy as khroneate warband to ask for help from TZEENTCH DISGUSTING
btw once your done with soul storme try out the unification mod for it and play emporers children on max diffeculty for maximum suffering
Well the Guy was named Crull so im not suprised he worked with Big Bird.
I’ll put it on the list!
@@tobbe2363 and he is a worshipper OF KHRONE THEIR IS ONLY KHRONE NOT SOME WEAK SOFT AND COWARDLY TICKS BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD SKULLS FOR THE SKULLTHRONE

You are preaching to the choir brother!.
Congratulations! Thats nice some times we have to make our own fun in these games.
Oooo that sounds promising.
Also i do have a skarbrand video up If you havent seen it yet *cough* *cough*
@@tobbe2363 skarbrand video >.> BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD tho i don't like skarbrand that much skulltaker more and we get 2 really amazing khorne Legendary heroes
And thanks i like ogres more then orcs but it was nice with some mods
You can't blame a guy for trying haha.
yeah more lords is definitely a good thing in my book.
That what's good with this game, there is something for everyone, and if there isnt we have mods
I thought Dark Crusade was actually the hardest
Guess i will find out when i try it out.
Eldar. DIE
One of my finer moments if i'm honest haha
I mean...
You are not really good at this game)
Whatever gave you that impression? Haha
Eldar..... meh
ELDAR....DIE...
Thank you! I have been waiting days for someone to comment on this haha
Xd
High praise indeed, you have my thanks
