FABULOUS REVIEW!!! Several of my favorite bags! I have the Calpak, Osprey and have been looking at the Patagonia and Bellroy. I think , for me, i have two of the best already. Funny thing.... i kept watching and thinking wait, where are her legs?? lololol then i realized that you were sitting at a table!!
Loooooolllllll I am on the floor laughing . Just to put your mind to rest I do have legs 😂😂😂 Thank you for your comment ☺️ I do love all the bags they are really well thought out bags
@@cressidaonthego It was definitely the laughter i needed today! I have a SEVERE bag obsession and when your video popped up i was like oooohh all of my favorite bags in one! ... glad you have legs too! lol
@@Cryptana0 Osprey is a solid choice :) personally I prefer the older version of the 26+6 but is a good backpack. I think the Bellroy lite travel pack would be too big as a personal item on budget airlines ( ok on big ones ). Hope you have many travels and adventures with the Osprey backpack

Very good video, thank you. I think that Bellroy backpack is designed to be used without packing-cubes for clothes, packing it in the main compartment. Could you please test and tell us? It seems to me that you will pack easily and the backpack will be less compressed. On the other hand, for me is incomprehensible the lack of load lifters... Bellroy!!!!
Hi , thank you for your comment . Bellroy has missed an opportunity to make this backpack a great backpack in my opinion. Load lifters would have been great . The sternum strap should have been a regular one as this one made the bag quite uncomfortable . And the lack of a bottle holder pocket it’s just stupid in my opinion. I have done a video with file folding packing on a nomad lane bento bag and that technique would have indeed made the bag less bulky . I just prefer packing cubes . I can’t do a trial on packing that way as I have since returned the bag. I found I could not get past the fact that the sternum strap made the bag dig into my chest. And it was really uncomfortable . I hope Bellroy takes the feedback on board ( not mine as they don’t know about me , but I saw other TH-camrs complaining about similar things ) . It would be a great bag with those small changes .
@@players02 thank you for your comment . That is true . Bellroy should have done better , hopefully with their next one who knows ☺️ Have you seen the new version of the Osprey backpack ? I feel they removed some really good features unfortunately
It will be dependant on the airline and how much you put in it . It might but if they make you put it through the sizer the Patagonia calpak and bellroy won’t pass as personal item on low cost airlines . You might be ok on bigger ones
@@lbunnygordon1133 they are indeed . They are more carry on type bags not personal item . The Osprey one however I have used as personal item on easy jet Ryanair and wizzair and was ok :) the other 3 bags in the video I would not risk using as personal item and actually the Patagonia one was one that was not allowed as personal item .
Thank you dear for taking us along. Can't wait what the HIDUPZ queen picked up Fend

thank you very much, very helpful video! i am looking for a backpack which would go as a personal item in planes.
I'm between the osprey and bellroy
I've decided for the new 2024 version of Osprey 26+6

Good review, it's a pity that the Bellroy is quite expensive but lacks features (like the side pockets) which the Osprey has.

@@cressidaonthego yes I have, and I don’t feel like I’m missing out!
Would these fit under the seat

But because it's squishy material I hope it can push through the sizer
@@carborisedremember the back is a bit more rigid. But yes technically you could and it does not look that big on ☺️
These bags look too big for most budget flight requirements.excrpt ejet..
