Its a nice calm day, perfect conditions for launching your small inflatable boat from the beach. Its easy to do this on your own! I talk you through the way I do it solo.
What clothing do you wear on the boat? Waders, drysuit etc? I’ve seen so many debates in forums in terms of safety of waders and drysuit being too sweaty that I’m stuck what to buy. I’ll be beach launching, not sure if you always beach launch or use a slipway but just trying to figure out what works for ppl?
I’d turn the engine off when you bring the wheels up. If you lean on the gear lever or the boat rocks and you knock it with your hand down there it could end badly.
Hi, yes you are right to think of safety first. The release catch for the wheels is a good distance away from the prop, so my hand is not actually that close as it may seem. It's a small risk, but better safe than sorry.
I'd recommend these one though as they are better than the Ceredi ones I have: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/335129636644?var=544362560020&gad_source=1&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&campid=5338723872&toolid=20006&customid=SpVpUpMgAAAA93pRQnx2BJf43AVBAAAAAA
@@inflatableanglingI cutting them down with a grinder but make sure cover all inside the boat just in case some sparks from the grinder burn your boat.
Hi, it's a car boot mat from B&M. Fits nicely. www.bmstores.co.uk/products/rac-protective-car-boot-mat-391176?srsltid=AfmBOopJhWP3AEiolCAUCIT5zfvA15RvRK0GTfM5P8I-fpXZ6tWkDDar

@@inflatableangling What a great idea! I've just got back from a weekend with my Honwave 3.8 and could really have done with one of these!!
Yes! It's been worth it's weight in gold! Especially when I'm fishing for Bass!
@@inflatableanglingdid you have to trim it to fit your boat?
