I've watched this video a few times now and I really want to acknowledge the tiny movements they do throughout the song that make Arin's character feel like a real person rather than a moving drawing.
Theres personality in his movements when he says the line "Oh I cannot miss this" and "Im thinking I might be in love with a jar" and so many other lines. Little ways he moves his head and hands and his expression changing ever so slightly. The places they choose to have bounce and snap animations also really help this. It's such a good blend! Also goes without saying that the song itself is incredible!

I really appreciate that they took the music in a different direction, than the other starbomb albums. Not that they weren't great, but having a more distinct feel really lets this album shine

I am actually legitimately impressed that the animators named the bed from IKEA at 2:49 "Kärlekssäng" because it's literally the Swedish translation of "Lovebed". It really feels slightly surreal to see something like that in a music video like this, like I don't really think of the Swedish language as being something that'd get represented like this

ALL the animation in this is absolutely beautiful but seriously the variety and intensity of the facial expressions here are top tier, so many different ways to show doubt and anxiety and uncertainty.. its SO well done that it's so easy to ignore how ridiculous the subject matter is LOL

My favourite bit is that the opening verse establishes that Arin is aware of Elden Ring being a *game," so this isn't a character in the world of Elden Ring discovering their lust for cutlery and crockery, it's a player.
Doing the deeper vocals for Arin in this song was such a good idea for his voice

For a second, I thought this was going to be a callback to "It's Dangerous To Go Alone" but for Alexander. Because you have to help him out of a hole while taking a huge swing to his rear. This song is actually sooo good. Like the music and instruments and the ooooo parts God. And the rap is so good and clean. The difference takes on the like intermission parts. It's a masterpiece of a song by just components alone.
I think one of the coolest things is that the song incorporates Alexander's actual dialog from the game. I havent played Elden Ring but looking up Alexander and seeing him literally ask for a smack from the rear with something big is wild lol
