you just need to follow the video step by step, so ez @@
Is it really easy, can you please tell me how to merge the outline?
Do you count the dots,or how do they formed from 7:04 to 7:12?
Please answer,I would appreciate it
@@danielz9974 I don't understand the question yet. You can try this link: blender.stackexchange.com/questions/179754/how-to-fill-a-loop-with-faces
@@NhijQuang @Nhị Quang @Nhị Quang thank you,I had a problem with filling loop faces,what I meant was,
"7:04 Are the amount of dots from the nose and the other side of the face the same to be able to fill the loops?"
@@danielz9974 it can be used when the number of dots is not equal. You can use bridge (looptool) in this case.
@@NhijQuang Thank you so much for answering, for some reason, when I fill the holes, there are spaces between them,so thank you, :DDDDD
I think it would be funny if he just imported the head and than ended the video 😂
Yeah should have saved that for 1st april that would have been really funny😂😂🤣
Yes funny,
But for serious dudes it won't even be funny but rather annoying
and if maybe it would be funnier if he would make a milion calculations on the start lmao
Where's the link to import the head???
lmao ikr?
for anyone whos confused 2:54 ctrl + RMB adds new vertices
Thats all good and fun. But on the Blender 2.9 that I am running, shift click doesnt do a damn thing and I followed step by step.
I had to take my cube and delete all the vertices but one because your method does not seem to exist on my computer.
When I mirror the vertex, and check clipping and add the cage thing, when I extrude my vertex, its locked along the Z Axis. No matter what I do it wont move on freely. I didnt push E X Or E Y Or E Z. So that rules that out.
is there anyway to do this with "industry compatible" key input?
maybe
@@mintesnotmelese6552 that didn't help 😂
@@mageco5804 Maybe means it isn't impossible. There's always a workaround. If I really wanted it, I would have figured it out already. But It ain't my problem.. so gOOd lUkE :)
2:52 ctrl + RMB (add a new vertex)
6:47 shift + LMB (select individual vertex)
Pretty noob in blender, correct me if I misunderstood.

Your channel's name confuses me more than blender shortcuts 🥲
Tysm !
This video is the truth for someone that's great at drawing faces but can't grasp the other approaches. Brought my character to life. Thank you.
This is brilliant, Nhi! I'd been avoiding mesh modelling like this due to my own impatience, but watching this, and following the steps, taught me a lot about adhering to a reference and using all of the feature available in order to construct a very good model!
This is fantastic! I mostly do hard surface modeling and wanted to start creating some characters, specifically anime style. I have watched this video a few times to understand what your process is and used many of your techniques in conjunction with some other head modeling videos and I am starting to get the hang of it. Will do a few more runs through creating a head and move on to your next videos. Keep up the great work!
This was simply brilliant. I had watched your older tutorials 2015ish and was wondering if you're still posting. Then I found this wonderful video.
Thanks so much for posting this, like watching a master paint. Subbed and watching more.
Thank you so much!! this is so helpful!! I was really confused when some tutorials starts with eyes, extruding out, etc. It was really helpful when you started with the whole face shape instead!
Omg ure back!! 😍 U helped me alot back in the day!! Can't wait to see more vids!!!
Just wanted to say thankyou for the guide! Really easy to understand. Did about 6 of these tutorials and yours is the only one I got that's looks anywhere decent. Please keep making more vids!
you're litterally saving my life ilysm
bro, that's such a great thing u uploaded on YT. THX for ur effort :3
this was easy to follow, great. mine is done. waiting for more tutorials like these.
i appreciate you making this tutorial! it is very structured, and the mesh is very neat and organized, thank you!
BRO!!! IVE ALREADY WATCHED LIKE 10 TUTORIALS AND I COULDNT DO ANYTHING.. BUT THIS !! FINALY IVE GOT NORMALY LOOKING ANIME FACE !! THANK YOU!!
I was sking for a slow tutorial in your newer videos, silly me. I found these, they're fantastic -thank you very much ♥
I only slow tutorial when it is new content, and the content I have already done will be timlapse
you are my hero, I needed a good tutorial and out of nowhere you just uploaded it!!! I love you from the bottom of my heart. THANKS
Thanks for the tutorial. All great to see someone willing to share his knowledge to get beginners on the right track.
So useful, your method and way of making faces is the best I've seen among the 8 videos I've swallowed, thank you (kneeling and tears of happiness)
You said no words and yet your video helped communicated more information than a lot of others. I really like the technique you used here, it's so much easier to model faces using this.
I'm going to be honest, at first, I thought the lack of dialog was going to be a problem. And while I do think some verbal instruction would help some areas I feel I had to take the video much slower and really pay attention to what was going on here. That in a lot of ways really helped me. So, thank you
Your tutorials are godsend. Thank you
Vídeo simplesmente maravilhoso, me ajudou muito. Esse tutorial é outro nível. Parabéns pelo trabalho!
I have been looking for something like this for ak long. Thank you
Your tutorial is amazing! I tried so hard in so many tutorials and always got lost among them and was desperate to think that it was my fault for not being born for it. Now I can understand much better and I can make 3D faces. Thank you very much! I almost gave up learning to model!

Legendary video... your work is amazing and thank you for teaching us a little
it was difficult at the start of the video bcs i didn't know any of the keybinds but then i was able to keep up when i learnt them, nice tutorial
Thank you for uploading this wonderful tutorial series. I will be working on this today.
OMG this is the best silent but effective tutorial. (if it was a tutorial). After applying the sub surface mod, everything looked the way I wanted it. That made me happy.
Thank you for taking the time to create this.
Ez perfect face.......OMG
thankyou Ni
the legend himself returns
You seem to be a master of planning ahead, I never thought about adding the outline verts along the 2D drawing guidelines, or prematurely connecting the outlines to visualize it better, it actually makes the mesh so clean and organized as well.
bro he literally did this earlier
Finally a good tutor on faces, thanks man
I remembered watching your videos years ago :3
Good to see you back!!
thanks so much for this video! im just starting to get into blender so mine looks a bit wonky but i learned a lot ♥︎ill have to revisit this one when i get better ☺

Step by step and detailed. Thanks for this tutorial.
It's not detailed ..... I'm all in mess ....options he already had weren't in mine ..... I wish he showed from like start to start .....
@@kuroryuu6177 Which version? Which part are you having problem with?
@@billisultan6224 life saviour 😭 thank u, you see in the second step after he turns on the loop thing, he press something on the side, he has screencase key or something there but i don't have that option in mine, i only have tool, view and edit. And next one when i pressed the "s" the picture didn't reverse like his did, and when i pressed the picture icon on the side it didn't had the "transparent" option either 😭😭😭😭
@@kuroryuu6177 1. The screencast key is a blender addon that you have to download.
2. Sorry, I don't get what you mean the reverse. Please mention the video timestamp.
3. In the picture icon (Object data properties), there is a thing called 'Opacity', tick it, then use the slider to make it transparent.

Hello amazing tutorial! keep the good work. Btw the image you use as a reference, are those numbers most likely what anyone should be using for an anime face?

SOS EL PUTO AMO AMIGO GRACIAS, tu video es exelente callado pero bien explicado :)

UR A DAMN LEGEND
Damn great!
I'm a total noob, I'd love some explanation with this.. XD I have no idea what you were doing and what commands / selections you were using ^^;
I would recommend checking out basic tutorials to get the feel for blender
This is pretty late but that donut tutorial will help get getting a grasp of blender
finally, i think theres something i understand. could i use the draw tool to draw the vertices instead? and then go into poly build?
Superb
