This is some great stuff. This is also how CC2 makes their models for games like ninja storm and hinokami chronicles. The expressions are so detailed. The community really appreciates that you're wiling to just hand out this information free of cost.
@@MasterNinja786 As far as I'm aware no one i know has documented how to replicate it except Gilson in this video. You can find models of pretty much everyone from Demon Slayer made by CC2 on the internet to study though. Some models from Storm 4 are also pretty easy to find.
The third model is made by Rukikuri btw. She has done a lot to help people understand guilty gear topology completely for free and I feel she deserves some credit,
can u link the model? i wanna check the difference between my topology and hers im gonna do some anime style but classic polymodelling because most of the time im sculpting and i wanna go back to my roots a bit and do some old school modelling.

While the topology is great to learn, could you go over how to optimize the normals? Because with just this new topology, the shadows are going to look really ugly due to the weird triangles and such. So what did you do extra to help the normals look good when it comes to shading?
The video shows how to make the topology to optimize the opening of the mouth, not to optimize the shading by normals since it would be done by texture, follows the continuation of the video: th-cam.com/video/D3nEolOME50/w-d-xo.html
Hey, this is pretty informative in showing topology for mouth function, I never actually thought about it. Is there anywhere I can learn about actually rigging the mouth for 3d anime characters specifically?
Bro one other question for edit this video. did you wirte all text you want to say, then convert it to voice. then split all of it to slices and put it btwn videos? is there any easy way to use this type of ai voice? because cut and putting ai mp3 voice in every scene is very long.
While guilty gear has one of the best models for toon shading, i think genshin did it best with their method that is easy and fast and great with lower polys too
It was a really good video.Thank you for your very good training. And I had a request, if you can send us the full training of this video, we will be grateful.😊💖
Can you also do a video on how to add and style the 2d details in the characters like the anime film and series Dragon Prince, Revisions, Drifting Dragons and the film Belle 2021?
I can't seem to figure out what shape the eyeball is when it comes to anime style models. Is it a convex surface that follows the curvature of the face (instead of an actual sphere eyeball)? Or is it just flat?

It depends on the type of tooth, the simplest is obviously easier, and has the most detailed one that even has gums. Basically, with a cube-type mesh, you can model the teeth.

Yes, there are several animes that use 3D CG from vehicles to characters, D4DJ is one of them, there's Bang Dreams, which had the first season in 2D and then the following seasons in 3D.
@@AnimeXDchannel How about you take a very small scene from one of Section Project anime dances and take one of the character's moves make it from scratch so complete beginners can go through the whole process? how rude, accusing the author of the video without any proof
THANK YOU!!!! you actually guide your viewers through soft, unlike so videos that rush the whole tNice tutorialng or talk too fast.
Thank you, this is really the proposal, because it was difficult for me to learn with videos in which the person explains very quickly.
This is a great video. I’ve been dying to learn how to make guilty gear style models and watching this helped me understand this more.
Thanks!
Whoa. 10:45. That's crazy its 115,000 faces and like 60 for the mouth expressions.
You know it's good content when you can sit through the awful voice modulator and you still want to watch the whole video to get the info.
I don't think the voice modulator is that bad, there are much worse text readers, this one has a reasonable quality for me.
Great new vid, I was wondering why arc systems made their mouth modeling that way, now I know, thanks.
Yes, the mystery has been solved.😄😄😄😄

It has two types, sphere type and convex (sunken) type. The most common is convex and for the iris add a circle type mesh.
