Usually the job would be expected to be in your profession or something related. however the IT feild is an exemption. If You get an IT job even without a degree in IT, it is accepted. There are so many IT professionals here (foreigners included) who have no IT degree

Hi, Since your sister has a job, she can provide you with a sponsorship letter. In Germany it's called Verpflichtungserklärungen. Your sister will need to go to the foreigner's office to apply for it. It will be signed and she will send it to you. Then you can use the letter as your proof of fund. I hope this is helpful

If you have a degree and want to get it recognized, you can get the degree recognized (use the recognition portal in the video description). If not you can simply use your degree as it is and then get more points

Hi, as far as I know, the anabin database just tells you that the degree is comparable and so the screenshot is not enough. You still have to do the recognition.
In my opinion, Darmstadt is a lovely City but not as International as Berlin is. Although Berlin is a little more expensive in terms of cost of housing. Personally, I will go to Berlin
