My university has H+ status and my degree which is Bachelor (Honours) of commerce has "Entspricht" status in the Anabin, But my university is not listed under degree awarding institutes on degree popup and similarly the university doesn't have my degree listed. (My degree and my university are mentioned in the Anabin but both are not in the same page)
So I would like to know my degree is recognised or not.

"Entspricht" Status Indicates that your degree is considered equivalent to a German degree. However, since your university and degree are not listed together (i.e., your university doesn't have your degree listed under its offerings in Anabin), this could lead to some ambiguity. Contact the Anabin office or ZAB (Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen - Central Office for Foreign Education) directly to clarify the status. They can provide specific information about the recognition status of your degree and university combination.

From my understanding, details from ZAB would tell you your degree is fully recognized, while details from anabin would tell you your degree is partially recognized

No, not to the German government. It's a blocked account with a bank in Germany. But make sure you're sure before doing it so you don't fall victim. Research the bank and use the official communication channel.

The opportunity card requires a degree or two years of vocational training. If your ND is two years and aligns with jobs needed in Germany, it’ll suffice. You won’t register with a degree but vocational training.
While applying Pakistan option is not available 😢 why 😢
Hopefully, it will be available soon. You may also contact the German embassy of your region at [digital.diplo.de/navigator/en/visa#/vib] or pick a closer region because some of the countries are recognized as provinces, and some other countries may be under it.

They accept bank statements actually. That’s the third option. But countries are skeptical about our Nigerian statements these days and there may be need for additional proof

With letter of sponsorship, you don't need blocked account
But that depends on the earnings of the person offering to sponsor you.

Hmmm. the money is an issue. You can start looking for someone in Germany to sponsor you or you can start applying to jobs in Germany. You can tell your employer that you already in the process of applying for the opportunity card.

Book an appointment with german mission in lagos and an email will be sent to you to wait till a date is fix for your appointment which may take weeks or months

If he’s in Germany, absolutely. If he’s in Nigeria he may write a letter of obligation and his account statement may be used. But it may not be enough because statements of account have been abused by Nigeria and many foreign diplomats don’t trust it again.
