70 dollars is almost more than the monthly income for families in 3rd world countries. I would like to share about the gaming scene in 3rd world countries where people buy copies of pirated Xbox games and playstation games from cds that are actually imported from abroad and alot more mind blowing stuff that i was personally exposed too growing up
I appreciate your videos to be honest..quick question yeah!! I heard it’s very difficult for we Nigerians to get a Germany visa because it takes too long to get an appointment date..How true is that?

Telling people around is very important. Through "Vitamin B" (Bezihungen) or vitamin C (connections) you can get appartments much easier. As soon as a friend comes across such a vacany, he / she could drop your name or inform the fromer tenant to offer you to the landlord, so there is no need to make advertisment. And when your friend says: "That guy is cool!", that is more important than an "Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung"! What a German word for a "rent debt freedom certificate".
This comment deserves to be pinned. Thank you
@@Naijagirlingermany Thank you!
Thanks
Do they speak English in those places.
Working more than 10 hours actually is to protect you from exploitation. So not you are in trouble but your employer. He/She probably will not like that though and as always there are exceptions to the rule.
Exactly. And this is really great. I how workers are generally protected as much as possible here in Germany. Thanks for this insight
What is wrong with you? A law against driving the bus/train for free is wierd??? A law against Insulting other people is wierd?? Stopped at that point to watch further...
It might not be weird to you, but it is weird for her
Informative
Another really clear & unambiguous video thanks - even explained a statistical term
Use "public" WiFi & a cheap "burner" tablet ? I expect "public" WiFi probably requires a verified ID, mind you. Not that I advocate illegality here of course ...
Some of these must have been a shocker to a Nigerian-originated person. Here in the UK they have been criminalising things like insulting people, it should be discouraged ! & threats should be criminalised. I know that Japan takes insulting behaviour very seriously, too. I wonder what average people would find offensive - a big fat wrinkly naked man in public ? Or "giving the finger" or suchlike. A very different culture
Some where quite shocking but after thinking about them, they are quite reasonable. At the end of the day, these are the beauties of experiencing different cultures.
@@Naijagirlingermany All your videos are very good & deserve more viewers. No stupid music or fancy gimmicks. I wish you luck, as you're clearly an "asset" in whichever place you decide to settle down. Not that "place to settle" matters so much unless you do a hands-on job like a nurse, or a forklift operator like myself.
@@daffyduk77 thank you so much for your kind words. I really appreciate them.
What a great, clear & informative video
Thank you

Can students work while studying in Germany? How easy is it to get a job?
Students can work while studying. How easy it is to get a job? Nobody can really answer that. Depends on the type of job, experience, location etc.
@@Naijagirlingermanycan student who are freelancer in their home countries still do that while studying in Germany? If yes, are there tax deductions for this kind of jobs?

They do not mention if I should translate the documents into German or English is okay. Because I want to be prepared once I’m asked for the docs
If you are not sure, simply send them an email to confirm.
So it means u hv to find a job contract before you arrive to Germany, then u apply for an entry visa. The question is how to get the entry visa? What are the documents to provide ? I was literally looking for them in make it in Germany website but I found nothing.
When you have a work contract, you apply for a visa through the German embassy in the country you live in.
Thank you Naija.
I am intrested, Esther. Please, how do I apply through you.

The genders pay gap is not really common these days, at least not for the regular salaried workers. A lot of jobs are strictly regulated by union tariffs and other official contracts. If you work for a private company that doesn't fall under any of the official payment legislations, then you get what you ask for when you apply for the job, regardless of your gender. Especially, there's absolutely not difference at the entry level. In fact, many companies are forced to fulfill the quota, so if you're a woman, you're often more likely to get a job in many industries such as IT, engineering, high-tech etc. than your male counterpart.

40770 Euro brutto is the minimum salary to get work visa ..isn't it???
There is no generally fixed minimum for a work visa. This varies from city to city. So it depends on the city you live in.
