    This was a great workout, thanks Brian! I have just one piece of feedback - for those of us with adjustable weights, it’s super hard to transition between exercises when there is no break at all. And we have to keep pausing the video to catch up as a result. Even a 5-second break between exercises in the same set would help immensely!

      I workout for 30 sec and use the other seconds to transition. Hope that helps.

    Those iso curls killed me!!! I lifted my average medium weight, and two days later, while the rest of my upper body has recovered, my biceps still feel tight & swollen as heck! This was a great workout and I'm loving this 5 day challenges!

    Very good video. I sat it out and watched as I'm in a lot of back pain this morning. Thought it was cute that each press up your left foot wiggled and tapped on the floor lol

    I’ve recently started doing upper body strength and dude this was brutal and amazing at the same time and I might have cried a little 😅 my arms feel like jelly😂 Thanks for this great workout, Brian! I’ll definitely do it again 💪💪💪

    I reeeeally like working out with brian. He is straight to the point. This is the exercise and do it. I am having an issue working out with a couple of the other new girls from Fitness Blender because they explain the workout and talk about it and show modifications, by the time I understand the exercise and start to do it the time is up and moving on. Brian gets it done! Thank you!! 🫶💪

    I found it very helpful, weird or not, that Brian had such a deep breathing pattern. He reminded me to breathe deep and constantly without even needing to say it!!

    Day 4 Complete!!
    I had to make several modifications since I'm 27 weeks pregnant, but I enjoyed today's workout :)
    I like the burn, but I agree with another comment, and I would appreciate a 5-10 second break between intervals to either switch weights or stretch really quick.
    But thanks for another great workout!

    I have to do 5 lbs on the first round and no weight on the second. That’s how much work my upper body needs. No one should be discouraged. We all start somewhere.

    Thank you, Brian, for this great workout! 💪😃 It was quite a challenge but also fun! Tbh, usually I don't like formats that work with no breaks inbetween exercises cause it makes me feel like I'm losing too much time to transition.
    But this one was so nicely put together that I really enjoyed! 🤩And I love your motivating yet not over the top way of leading through the workout!

    This was my first workout with Brian and I really loved the challenge. It would be helpful to know the 3 exercises for the set before the set starts so we know what to expect.
