I have been BINGING your videos for the last couple days! I was watching a Nikki Phillipi video weeks ago and she mentioned Weston A. Price & Pro-Metabolic eating. Since then I’ve fallen in a hole of research! I’ve also been slowly making changes to my diet.
I’ve really been enjoying your What I Eat In A Day’s, and all the info you give!

How are you now?? I have struggled with all these symptoms for many years! Leaky gut, histamine intolerance/food sensitivities, hair thinning/loss, brain fog/memory loss, mood swings, PMS/heavy periods etc…. I am SO very happy to have started pro metabolic eating. My husband has also started. He need to lose, I need to gain. Going to get my children on board too. I feel so bad that I didn’t have this info when they were growing up, or for myself for that matter. So grateful for Mollie and her Channel!! ❤️❤️

Sourdough baker here! If you’re gluten free or just want to limit gluten; check out Einkorn for sourdough. You can build a strong starter with it & it bakes beautifully! Tip; For the second proof, whether using regular flour or einkorn, let it proof in the fridge long & slow (can be anywhere from 6-12hrs) to further break down the gluten!

Alexus Marie, is einkorn superior to kamut or equal? I got an organic ancient grain kamut to try and haven’t heard of einkorn. :)

I love your thoughts on dairy! I love my milk and I feel like it's very nutrient dense, but diet culture always tells you to stay away from it and I've always contemplated switching to something else, but I'm glad I don't have to!

I LOVE this video and is exactly what I needed! Thank you!!! 🙌🏻❤️ One question I have is what to do about histamine intolerance? I am really looking forward to making your adrenal cocktail but am SO worried I’m going to have a reaction because of the Collagen peptides. Is there a histamine supplement you could recommend to help me for the time being? Like hist assist, histaclear, or DAO? I am having reactions to a lot of foods and would love to get some relief while also being able to enjoy food and life again at the same time lol!
I have been having to take 2 Benadryl at night for almost a year now! I would love if you could recommend something for histamine that doesn’t cause drowsiness.
Thank you for everything you are doing, truly helping people! God bless you! ❤️

Hi Mollie‼️, just wanted to share a discovery a friend told me about. I have been gluten free for about 10 years myself. Just doesn’t agree with me😩🤢. Any way she turned me on to Berkshire Mountain Bakery. They are featured in a series on Netflix called “Cooked” in the “AIR” segment. They have created and used their own starter of the natural process of fermentation

    • @cathyfay7687

Whoops I wasn’t finished. Anyway their products are delicious and easy to digest because of the way they make the bread. I am happy to support this business and proud to recommend them. They are not gluten free…. But I have had a lot of luck with their products! Hope you try them. Enjoy

Aw thanks Brianne, I'm so glad you're here! 👯‍♀️🥰 I got my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from TCU. @@MollieMason aww that’s amazing! I love that you went to a Christian University! Yeah, I’m really in a pickle with what to do because I know going to a college and studying general nutrition will not be very helpful and a lot of it is not totally accurate. I just LOVE everything I’m learning about pro-metabolic eating and want to really dive into it by studying all the science behind it! I think one thing that has hit me the hardest lately is that when I have "symptoms" whatever that is, it's my body telling me something. I don't need to do whatever it takes to get rid of the symptom but I can get curious and try to help myself support my body! That was such a mindset shift for me in helping me love my body and what she tells me! Not suppressing it, like you said!
