    Yes to more nutritional videos. Adrenal and hormonal. I'm a almost 64 year old who eats not enough vegetables and fruits and too many unhealthy snacks and someone my age it's very difficult to loose weight. Thanks 🙂

    I just want to let you know you have motivated me so much to take care of my body. I am healing from thyroiditis and miscarriage postpartum stuff all at the same time right now and feel like my body is just struggling. I haven't felt like myself in about a year and i'm so ready to heal!

    Mollie, you are seriously so beautiful inside and out! And your pupper is just the floofiest, cutest little guy! 🥰
    I love your take on the black and white thinking, it absolutely resonates with me as well. I think it stems from my perfectionist mindset where if it’s not perfect it doesn’t matter. Somehow that makes sense to my brain, but extending grace, being flexible, and just doing the next right thing doesn’t come naturally. You truly inspire me so much and I’m so proud of the growth you’ve made! It gives me inspiration and hope that I too can reframe these thoughts to make healthier, better decisions for myself!
    Also, at this point I think I’m just fan girling, but I love your style so much! Thank you for adding links for your outfits when you can!

    Yes please do more education on your choices! I have PCOS and would love to know more on that topic. I felt incredibly empowered when I told my GYN that I wasn’t going to go on birth control and now my testosterone is WAY high.

    I needed this so much! I am a black and white person, and I do see not exercising as a failure. I have been thin, heavy, thin again, and now heavier again. I just get worn out by the journey. I would love to know more about liver support, I would also to see any videos about nutrition. Also, we have an Aussie with the exact same reaction. She barks at everything outside out house! Our other Aussie could care less. They are great dogs.

    I slice down like you do at first but slice across the grain! Very easy to eat. Also what is your opinion on real long fermented sour dough bread?

    Maybe this isn't an answerable question but I've pondering a lot and maybe just consuming too much information 🤪 how do you (any of us) know the right way to eat. I feel like it's always something new! And I feel so overwhelmed by that! So many people see "results" with so many different approaches. I don't know. I just feel overwhelmed lol. I want to feed my body good things that it needs and help keep it well and moving and energized to keep up with my kids. I'm just doing my best here 😂 but also wanna do better where I can. Maybe I just verbally processes myself out of that one and I just make the next right decision. Do you have any good book recommendations regarding food that are science based? Is that even a thing? I ordered Metabolic from my library and looking forward to reading that. I've been following you since your free yeast protocol days and I just love these little looks into your life! You are so genuine and sweet, thank you for always putting your best out here for us to learn from and enjoy! 💕Now, thanks for reading my incredibly long comment if you do 🤪

      Oh no Brooke this is a GREAT question. I so understand the frustration with not knowing what information to trust. It's funny you mention that because I've been debating doing a "Why everything you know about nutrition is wrong" video debunking why most headline nutrition info is misleading and how to know what to trust but I didn't know if that was a little too much to tackle in a video 🤪
      I've got a lot more coming in terms of helping you know how to know what actually works for your body, so stay tuned 🤩
