They are fine when in water but then they realise how much they love it and as soon as you try to leave, the car wants to stay submerged. A snorkel just ensures the air intake is at a higher level, useful in dusty conditions. Much more consideration is needed for wading, waterproofing electrics, gearbox breathers etc
@@patdonnellan1024 it's a ford not a lake, it's meant to be crossed by cars etc.
@@patdonnellan1024 yeah but it’s more fun to watch over priced cars more money than sense owners get into a pickle.
You must be a German car owner.
Japanese cars are the best by a country mile. More reliable,Quieter engines, better electrics, cheaper insurance and next to nothing on maintenance
Most reliable engine in the world a HONDA
The look of shame on the one life live it wife 😂😂😂
hilarious when that little gray car begin starting itself out of the water and rocking back and forth lol
1:40 did that Renault just "drive" up a hill with its starter motor?
Interesting to see an Irish reg ( white Ford Kuga)
hear those conrods snapping ,thousands of pounds worth of damage
It happened to me and the sight of the conrod staring at me through the block wasn't pretty.
@@malfunction8165 what car did it happen to ?
@@neptuneblood6916 An Escort van, the air intake is exposed just under the bonnet, there was a slurping sound then a bang, the recovery driver turned up lifted the bonnet and sucked his teeth, you know, the way people do when breaking bad and expressive news, I've avoided water ever since.
@@malfunction8165 gutted matey
What’s a Conrod - and what does it do?
I love the SUV owners. "I drive an SUV so I can go anywhere." Well, maybe not
You can if you drive well
The laughing and pee taking from the locals tho is priceless 🤣🤣🤣🤣👍
I love this because it reminds me that there are so many with more money than sense !
Hello!
Nice video, you should only add a win/fail counter at the bottom of the screen. And maybe estimated $ cost of destroyed engines per day :)
The Renault made noises like a cartoon car trying to start. Comedy gold.
I'm guessing that BMW that went through on the first clip will be a little expensive to fix 🤣
You can't fathom how expensive cars are where I live. Watching this gave me pure anxiety and a clenched buttox. Thanks !
I’m going there for my holidays .looks a great laugh
People wonder 🤔 why there's so many parked up cars on the side road...... because they all are knackered from the water 🌊 splash! 🤣🤣
Lol at the guy who thought his engine just needs drying out. Where do you think that water in your cylinder is going to go other than past the rings and mix with your oil.
The whole thing would be clogged with water and we all know water does not compress, it would need to be drained which could involve lots of parts being disassembled and potentially needing replacing. Really you're looking at a full engine rebuild.
The human condition at it's best, broken down cars with bonnet's up line the road a traffic sign which is readily available in the highway code warn's you but still ....omg no wonder you film these fool's man awesome watch ty.
I like the lady laughing at 04 seconds 😂🤣😂
Well done Jeep!!!
Bruh, the bank is gonna be so pissed once it knows what you did to their bmw!
The ones that drove slow got through for the most part. Blow a huge bow wake and engine takes a drink.
You want a bow wave having a wave is the bad thing
Don’t let it go over your bonnet unless you have a snorkel. I wonder how many engines have been killed by hydro locking…
The kid laughing like Nelson Muntz at 8:25 🤣
That first BMW is def gonna be a nightmare to own after that...
