Even if you put up a big sign saying, "Deep water. Your vehicle will be ruined if you attempt to go through," I think 70% of these folks would still go.
ofc, because they have IQ below 90, they don't know how car engine works, they don't realize "just water" can crack your engine block. if you're lucky, you can probably drive off after a while.
It's not just the engine... it's CV joints, wheel bearings, ball sockets and all sorts of other suspension linkages that don't like having water in them!
some? that's 90% of population for you ... they don't know how engine works, they don't understand that water in air intake = hydrolocked engine. most brits need an "expert" to change their lightbulb, so they also need "water expert" to tell them that driving thru deep water will cause your engine to get hydrolocked.
It comes down to the fact that they are reflective. When the light hits the plate, it's considered a light, and it's illegal (or at least it was) to have a white light on the back of the car unless you are reversing. So the rear plate was made yellow so that it is still visible when a light was shone on it but it doesn't 'emit' a white light.
@@OurnameisLegion66 I agree, but there are lots of instances where just the plate comes off. Makes sense if they are only held on with double sided tape.
You gave that muppet his number plate back and still, he didn't say "thank you".....i reckon he didn't even get out, he let you good Samaritans do all the work ?
@@TomSunderland Hi Tom. Thank you for all the effort you put into your awesome channel. There's so many of us out here that truly enjoy the stupidity of people.....Also, happy new year to you and please, stay dry and warm out there.

I think itd be nearer 90%
Some people think general roadsigns and warning signs don't apply to them.
Gaz Yorkshire
Thing is, it's not even that deep, just incompetent drivers that end up with a dead engine.

I love the sound of hydrolocked engines…as long as it’s not mine!
It's amazing how watching fools is so entertaining... But also glad when you & others do help them out!
One thing is clear, a lot of them never watched your channel. 🚢
Anyway, they Just don't care about the engine.
nah, what's clear is that they have no common sense.
Tom happy new year dude 🎈
shout out to that first volvo SUV.
Aye, that was a lesson on How To Do It Right.
Dempack 😂 nobody wants a soggy box 😂😂😂🎉
Thanks for the video Tom. happy holidays to you and your family!
I found your channel just recently, but have watched many hours since 👍
Such stupidity never gets old 😂
WHY, I value my car too much to do anything like this
Me too!
Fantastic

Quite the, "Drive it like don't own it or that you stole it."
old slash lane don't look as deep as few months ago up to screen in the old 300 tdi
Slash lane! Ta mate I know it well but the name had vanished 😂
I wonder how many of these cars and commercial vehicles are already knackered and they are trying to write them off on purpose?
Ooh look, a floating Disco….
Ooohhhh aaarrrrr let's see what the island folk are up to today 😊😊😊😊😊😊
I know they are thick but always stall in the middle of the road...
I really don’t understand how thick some of these drivers are🧐🧐absolute stupidity.

@@SethiozProject.....ooh.... that's racist and uncalled for... it's good to have a laugh but that's going too far.
Vehicle stalls in water, select 1st gear, handbrake off and turn the key, Vehicle will bump itself out without you getting wet feet 🤷♂️👍🤣
Głęboka ta woda? Nie. Wcześniej kaczki szły i tylko im nogi zmoczýło. 😂😂😂
They need soviet cars there!
Why does the UK have white plates on the front and yellow on the back? 😊
1:37 ... I don't see a white plate in the front 😂😂

MAC Skip Hire lost his plate. How are front plates attached in the UK?
Some just use adhesive pads, but the majority typically use screws
Drive too fast and it will rip the bumper and inner wheel arches off..

hello boss................
Most are too dumb actually

Driving in water should be part of the driving test
No... whilst in driving school, they should learn not to drive through water at all. A car is not a boat.
Obviously never read the highway code then..
