I built my first house near Arizona Ave & Elliott in 1980. Elliott was a dirt road at the time and there were no nearby gas stations or grocery stores. Hot air balloons launched in Gilbert, drifted west and landed in the open land across from my house.

Best town, location, and growing/upgrading every year. I am a military retiree and choose to move to Chandler vice return to Western PA, which I also love, but it just isn’t Arizona. Chandler looks really cool! I've sort of had my heart set on Peoria. I love the HD dealership there hahaha. But I didn't get to see enough of it on my quick visit. It really does as you say, seem great for family's to move in Peoria. Chandler may be worth a look too! Thanks, great video
We have a lot of the same kind of Mexican restaurants out here in Utah we got one called rancheritos they're basically a break off but a different company still same kind of food though, from Beto"s those chorizo burritos are delicious and they're huge

What I loved most about Arizona was the sun was,and weather,always nice. Thought Arizona should’ve been nicknamed land of enchantment.
The Phoenix are also has a number of popular outdoor (malls) that are surprisingly popular, even during the summer months.

I lived there in 1972,Chandler High,worked at Williams Air force base,Then into the USMC,I do not recognize much on this video, 50 years flew on by.

Wow I was stationed at Williams airbase in chandler in 1981 to 1985 it used to be mostly desert. It’s so over grown.
