    My PRI therapist sent me to an optometrist. The optometrist gave me these different colored glasses and some exercises to do at home to get my nervous system to calm down. The exercises is basically opening up my field of vision to include peripherals while wearing the glasses and looking out at distance. It's makes sense from a survival perspective how overworked our vision is being our dominate sense we use to ensure we survive.

      I went to a behavior optometrist after my PRI experience, I didn't get that and I need peripheral vision. I'll go back to that optometrist, any idea what to ask for?

      Thank you sooo much for posting this comment!! I have double vision from misalignment in my eyes. I know it's muscular but I also forgot about this color vision therapy to trigger things in the brain!! I need to find a behavioral optometrist. I was in vision therapy and it did nothing. I am a massage therapist and I'm also in low light alot but grateful I'm not at a computer al day anymore. I know these glasses you're talking about and it makes me mad how they keep this a secret like they are special colors or something that do certain things on the brain to turn off or turn on certain functions like the nervous system which can affect the eye muscles!!

      Was it a green and red lense on the glasses? Or red and blue lenses?

    • @Feddersen85
      @Feddersen85 ปีที่แล้ว +22

      Hi my zhealth guy also did it with blue/red lenses...
      You can also achieve the same with bone conducter headphones.. He calibrated, for me, 300hz on the left ear, with a pulsing sound of 60 bpm.. Then I can use them everywhere.. The only catch for me at least, is I get sick, after around 15 minutes of wearing them in the beginning, and then I can more and more

    Hello. I am writing through a translator. I am from Russia, I have been to many doctors with this problem. I also have TMJ dysfunction, my jaw clicks on the left side, I have constant pain in my left shoulder and my neck is straight. I think everything is almost as you told about yourself in one of the videos. Now I wear braces, in the future I will have a splint. I do exercises, PRI techniques, I will soon go to a physical therapy specialist. Not a single doctor has yet given me the knowledge that you voiced. No one can explain why this happened. As if this information has not yet reached us or is being ignored. I cannot find Russian-language information on this topic on the Internet or Russian-speaking specialists. It really upsets me and I feel like there is no “cure” for it and I will feel pain and be unhappy with how I look all the time. Your videos really help me figure things out on my own, reduce pain, uncertainty and learn English)).

    only 23 and chronic pain has taken over my life the past 2-3 years. Proud to say im at a point where i am almost out of the hole i thought i was stuck in forever and the information youre putting out there has played such a huge role in my recovery, so thank you! its crazy to me youre one of the only people out there giving this information. and to anyone in a similar position, this is vital!! few personal recomendations of things i did that chnaged the game for me:
    - i have left aic right bc pattern so my right side is extremely tight & overused. was having vision problems in right eye, whole right side face tightness, my temple was bulging out my forehead. right side of jaw, tongue, neck,shoulder, chest, all so tight.
    do eye circles!! i do them on my right eye since thats where tightness is. close left eye, try to engage right eye without engaging face muscles or left eye muscles (impossible at first but now i can) i would find the blurriest corner of my vision and just try very hard to 'open that area up' sounds weird but after some time trying i would actually have my vision expanded and cleared in that area. started seeing even more progress when i would simultaneously do tongue stretches and trry to hold my tongue out as CENTERED as possible while doing the eye circles, ill also pop/crack my right ear while doing this by pulling it down or out, best feeling ever. i even started wearing an eye patch on my left eye sometimes. ik they say it makes no difference as an adult to help with eye dominance issues. but what if the issue is functional rather than structural?
    all i know is that the amount of relief i felt after discovering the eye practices, especially with the jaw & tongue movements as well, made me cry with relief. it was a relief of physical tightness, but also so much more than that. the mental clarity i felt after was crazy. felt like i had just came out of being stuck in dissosciation, whole world felt different idek. ik your eye is apart of your brain so definitely think thats why. also realized the tightness in my vision made me change the way i would orient my whole body and the way i would stand and walk.
    i just recommend this information for anyone struggling it changed my life!

Basically became a chiropractor/energy-fascia-visceral worker to try and figure out my own lifetime of chronic physical pain/strain issues, and these PRI concepts are making so much sense as the missing link for myself and patients. Just got an eye exam and asked for separate Rx's so I can ditch the progressive lenses, but now I realize I should have also asked for it without astigmatism correction, right?! The examples of common modern life asymmetric actions that occured to me were: driving and using a computer mouse (hopefully not at the same time).
    I studied some anatomy and physiology for a massage therapy course. Perhaps anatomy books should have some sort of qualification stated on every page to remind the reader that many of the terms are metaphors, that the body is not a machine assembled from components and that isolating systems and organs is necessary for education and communication but not a description of reality.

      @@NealHallinan Have you looked into the correlation between these compensatory patterns of dysfunction and urethral stricture formation and recurrence? The root cause is often considered idiopathic, with commonly suspected culprits being external blunt trauma to the perineum & internal damage to the urethra from catheterization, infection, etc. I’m 100% convinced that the severe torsion throughout my body is what had caused my urethral stricture to be so severe at such a young age, if not outright the cause entirely of its formation. The immense relief I’ve experienced in the severity of my urinary symptoms was practically immediate following my acrylic splint. I’m also convinced that it is a substantially understated contributing factor in their formation among a very large portion of those who are affected.
      Just one of many forms of disease that develops in the body that is far more likely to occur among people who are stuck in these painful patterns. Anyways, thank you again Neal, you’re the man! 🙏

    You sir do really well at showing and explaining the wiring and connections. I now have more of a sense of understanding. While watching you do the testing before and after, a penny dropped. ENT. I can now see how it works and the trapped emotions which impact the body which cause stiffness, aches, pains and other physical ailments and conditions. Emotional and psychological stressors Impacts our bodies.
    Perception and Perspectives are a form of sensing. In a sense they are a 'sense 🤣' . all our senses and sensations impact the brain. Our whole body is a brain.
    Modern lifestyles keep the body stuck in various different loops of fight, flight, or freeze modes. We run from our Adrenalin fuel tanks that are already empty. Exhaustion. Chronic Fatigue. etc. Our bodies need to feel safe and relaxed. Not constantly on The GO and Doing.
    If the wiring goes one way, it also works in reverse. for example.... Say your sense of vision is blurry . It could be caused by your posture and tight muscle somewhere else that has led to the eyes not receiving their bloodflower and nutrients. (Food for Thought no?), or your liver is not functioning correctly, or you digestion is impacted because of posture or stress. A lot of digestive issue are due to posture and stress. Chronic conditions. The whole body becomes inflamed. Just Saying.
    The brain senses whatever it senses weather real or imagined. Whatever is "Perceived" and interpreted. Often a change of perception is more than enough to change the chemistry and the physical aspect of the body and it's physiological functions.
    It's not woo woo. Its a physiological Fact.
    Ps... What do you mean about the hint. You lost your Glutes?

    • @pbjt2396
      @pbjt2396 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I think he means your right glute stopped “firing” or working properly. Maybe it wasted away due to insufficient protein or atrophy and then the brain stopped picking up the signal to use it, causing u to use the left glute instead. Or something along those lines 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Most people think clinching theeth is only when you are nervous but it does a lot of sersory respawn for the side of the brain if you clinch the left molar you awake the nervous terminations of the same side of the brain because it’s the same nerve for teeth and brain. Also in the bottom of the mouth that is a exit for the used oxygen that needs to be opened by teeth clinching the mandibular vídeo on the PRI channel on TH-cam explains that used oxygen are exaled from the bottom of the mandibule

    Just starting to watch this vid & trying to understand the concepts that you present. I may have a difficult road ahead. I suffer frim advanced TMJD with the TM joint on both sides seriously eroded & the discs no longer in place. In short, my jaw is dislocated. At this time I wear an orthotic 24-7 to hold my jaw in position & keep my airway open. Also, due to years of being incorrectly managed by health professionals, I broke many teeth from grinding at night. (If only medical & dental professionals have been trained to spot the problem that I was dealing with, I would have been saved the loss of several teeth &much pain grief & sorrow fir me & all my family.) I have one molar left on either side at the top of my mouth. The orthotic I wear is attached to my bottom tooth line. It covers the entire row of teeth on the bottom.
    I get a lot of muscle spasms in the occipital area, jaw, neck, & across and down my shoulders. Without administering relief by using massage & pressure points in the occipital area, I suffer from vertigo.
    I also have a lot of blurry vision. When the vertigo is really bad just lifting up my eyes or scanning around the room increases my instability.
    And so I'm beginning now to try to comprehend the connections between all of these things and hope for relief and help at last. Here's hoping and praying

My right should is higher and my left shoulder is even lower. My head is tilted foreword. My facial muscles are all wrong and my eyes are aiming in two different directions. Very very interesting. I heard a crack in my left ear recently and an overwhelming sense of awareness that i got something back. I think it was my peripheral vision. 5 years and counting. What a journey. So many doctors. Constantly going to physical therapists and plateauing which meant I would go crazy for a little bit until I found another pt. But also having to fix my vision (bvd) which was causing me being off as well as bppv in both ears. Took absolutely forever. And hindsight is 2020. I kept saying "look at me look at my body!" And I got the paranoid look. Until I kept fighting! All throughout regaining my not confused state of mind after bouts of confusion and healing each step along the way! Mtbi. Healing is not linear! This is really a great insight! I just accidentally came upon this video, and of course, have chronic pain issues, including psoas, quadratus lumborum, tilted and rotated pelvis, and severe lack of rom in my neck, so always looking for new information to help. My eyes don't work together due to strabismus, and when I was 13 on my 3rd eye surgery, my eye Dr. told me to pick a dominant eye, and since then, i mostly only use my right eye.
    Maybe i need to reconsider!
    The way my medical procedures have affected me is that if I use the left eye, my right eye visibly crosses, so I have purposefully avoided using it.
