  • Join me for another 30 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout follow along. With this dumbbell workout focusing purely on Pull exercises.
    Again we will attack the upper and lower body with the first half of the workout focusing on the upper body with 2 batches of upper body pull exercises
    A quick rest and shake off and then we smash the lower body with 2 more batches of pull exercises for the lower body.
