15 min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout from home | Pyramid Pull Exercises

  • Onto the next part in this series with a 15 min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout from home. Again with our Pyramid format for this upper body workout
    Today the change up is that al lour exercises will be Pulling Exercises as to apposed to pushing exercises in the previous upper body workout
    Again we have our 3 dumbbell stations
    A heavy station , moderate and Light
    We start with the heavy station with 10 reps
    Then the moderate station for 15 reps ,
    Then the light for 20 reps.
    We then hit the light station again for 10 reps , back to the moderate for 15 and then the heavy for 20 reps
    A quick rest and then back with the same set up with brand new exercises
    So grab your dumbbells and let's smash this

    Honest question for you Zeus- is 15 minutes enough for a push day? I've been trying PUSH PULL LEGS split and wondering if these 15 minute videos is enough for a push/pull day. I had been doing 30-40 minute push/pull days in the past (combining your bicep/back videos and chest/tricep/shoulders videos). I really appreciate your videos btw!!

      Really depends on your goals and fitness level etc. you can certainly get a cracking wee workout in with these bit of course if you need more, rewind that bad boy back and double it up for a killer 30 mins session
