Thanks for interesting review. I loved the feel of Alphafly 1&2, but both caused severe pain under one foot after 20 miles. The Elite was less compelling at first step, but I ran a PR in my first 10-Mile race with them. Felt great. Was planning to wear the Elite in my next Marathon but, now, I’m not certain!
Most people I know use the Elite for 5K. They are just not Elite so can't push them to longer distances. Alphafly V3 is very versatile though I don't have them yet.. Pre Order.. Endorphin Elite already on sale in Europe.
You mention the Adios Pro 3 too. Which one Prefer you for a Half Marathon? Endorphin Elite or Adios Pro 3? At the moment i have a pair of the Adios Pro 3 but the Endorphin Elite looks interesting. Cool Video✌️
Elites are wonderful. Light, stable, good locking, and what I like is that it is versatile. And wide in the toe area. You don't need to think about shoes when you run. Leg extension
@@benbos1925 not for my footstrike, I can't utilise the really late aggressive rocker at that pace. For me to get onto the sweet spot, I need to get right on up on the forefoot almost at the toes to get the most out of them. I feel like hitting them with a grinder and move the rocker back a smidge so they work for my footstrike!!! 😂😂
Please is Uk 6Size woman is the same size Uk 6 mens? My woman size Uk 6 alphafly 3 is out of stock. Is avaliabe only Uk 6 mens size . Is any difference. ???

I'd rather the Adios Pro 3 just because of the geometry. The Elite doesn't quite work for me.

@@woidmoasta4673 it's hard to say... What racing shoe has worked best for you so far. The geometry in the Elite is closest to the ASICS Metaspeed Sky

Did Nike move the pods backwards in V3? In V1 I had to add heel insert to be able to go over the pods easy.
I don't think that they moved the pods, just adjusted the rocker in my experience.

..and thanks for recommending those heel inserts a few months ago 👍 made a very positive change to V1

I had to half size up in the pro 3,is this the same or true to size ?
