Nice royal blue color for 2023, or, 2024? I would have the front fender, headlight housing & the small tri-angle panel below the seat on both sides, painted the royal blue to match making it look as a complete d paint job on the bike-not the half-fannied incomplete job it appears at present. Maybe even do the wheels to match!👍🏍️😇 Would get frame sliders and an after market Musarri slip-on exhaust, to get rid of the "angry sewing machine" exhaust "baloney tube" of a pipe!😎🦅🤓👍 Doug
It's a 2023 color. I agree it looks nice and unfinished. I was thinking the same thing with painting the plastic pieces too, only I'm thinking of going a silverish grey (non metallic) for the triangle bits, front fender and blue parts. But a new paint job is still a fer upgrades and a few thousand miles away. I am also looking at slip on exhausts at the moment. Mostly for something smaller and lower with the exhaust pointed downish so I can better fit saddle bags.
@@1Luisb93 the Mussari slip-on exhaust is pointed back and a bit down, so it will do the trick! It'll get rid of that "angry sewing machine" sound of the O.E.M.exhauat pipe, not to mention it looks better also!👍🏍️🤓🦅 Doug
@@douglasradowick508 I was also looking at a Coffman's exhaust. A bit smaller and more back swept. It also has a removable muffler core for more noise if I want.
Been looking for crash bars and possibly sliders. I went to look at T-rex site but they show only up to 2017 model bars. Are the ones you installed the 2017 models? Dont want to put out $200 without making sure they still fit with current 2023 model. I love the blue color btw, I ended up tossing a coin because I couldnt decide between matte black and blue, got the black.
Very well done video 👍🏻
Very nice bike. Thanks for the detailed explanation as you were adding the mods.
I got the exact same bike, just reached 777 miles on it today!
Very nice.
Great job, very useful as I am looking at this same bike, plan on getting a QuadLock, and would be getting crash bars. Perfect!
Thanks for the feedback. Glad I could help.

Hi. The 2017 will fit the 2023 fine. I like the blue because the frame is matte. The matte black paint had a gloss frame that I don't like.
