England's Lockdown Easing - Third Time Lucky ?

Yes it's Monday the 12th of April 2021 and this means that for England, we can now make a further major step towards some form of normality.
Non-essential shops can reopen, including pubs and charity shops and more importantly for me, it's now possible (for the third time), to travel along England's canal network by narrowboat.
In this video, I take Aslan on a short trip to the moorings at the Tithe Barn in Garstang, Lancashire.
Then I walk into Garstang and see for myself how the town compares now, to how it looked back in the first lockdown of March 2020.
On the way I visit a couple of charity shops and later show you the fruits of my shopping expedition.
Finally, I take the plunge and actually enjoy a pint of Guinness outside an 'actual' pub, the Tithe Barn.
