Pat, you don’t have a future in Cow Whispering 😂 I’m afraid 😱. Lovely VLOG as always! Eileen I quite enjoy your commentary during the video! As always great camera work! Mark in Colorado
Mark C - Hi Mark, 🤣😂, I agree it’s maybe not an occupation that brings rewards 🤣, but I’ll talk to anyone. We thought we would give the map and commentary a try and it see to be going down quite well. Thanks for your lovely comments and thanks for watching 👍
Hi guys hope your both well, another great vlog, hope you have enjoyed your chill time on the Lancaster, what was your favourite part. Looking forward to your return trip HOME!!!, on the ribble link, take care kind regards R 👍
Roy Mottershead - Hello Roy, we thoroughly enjoyed the Lancaster, fav part was probably Glasson Basin, even though the locks were hard work. Also enjoyed Hest Bank. Return to the Ribble our best week, stay tuned!! Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
I love your clips allows me to keep in touch with something that is just a little out of reach at the moment . Before moving away I was able to set off from the Ribble link and I ran the entire length of the canal to Kendal. That is something I will never forget 🤗. Keep up the good for us ex-pats out there
Andrew Norrab - It’s a lovely canal, and of course no locks. We were hoping to cycle to Kendal from Tewitfield but the weather was food when we got there so the towpaths were all pretty muddy. That would be some achievement though as it’s a fair few miles! Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Jean-Louis HUGE - Hello Jean-Louis, it was all very picturesque and very popular with the locals. 😂🤣, I know what you mean about the ‘groupies’. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Kath Roscoe - Thanks Kath for your lovely comments and thanks for watching. Stay tuned for next weeks Return on the Ribble Link!! Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Hi did you moor at Droylsden marina a few months ago? I was eating my Tesco sandwich watching you approach. Your boat is stunning hope that will be us very soon. Enjoy your travels.

Great vlog. That is the pace at which we should all be living life. If you had bought an rv, Eileen would have to walk a lot faster! 😂 Thanks for the great video.
Lively video , I don't think the cows were amooosed lol , if they could talk they would tell you to just mooove on hahaha , I think that ribble link is everyones per hate .I can't believe how fast that current runs , very scary river .
lori thorpe - Thank you Lori, we had a real giggle at your comment. 🤣😂🤣. You can watch our return on the Ribble this Saturday. We can confirm It was definitely fast flowing. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
And on our left the Pennine foothills a area known as the trough of bowland, bowland forest to the Ribble valley. As with on the right flat green fields cows, sheep and crops then the coast. Away from the cities Lancashire is a great scenic county. P.S when going past sheep shout mint sauce🙃
Peter Kay - 😂🤣😂, mint sauce, don’t think Pat has thought of shouting Horseradish at the cows. Seriously though we lived the Lancashire countryside, it was such a mixed bag. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Lovely vlog . What a great canal so beautiful. I think starting understand why Eileen does so much walking?. You only want talk cows. Thank you for sharing.
Thomas James Tannian - Thanks Thomas, I think you may be right, if I talk to Eileen more maybe she would ride on the boat more often 😂🤣😂. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Great vid camera work and editing was brilliant, I thought that when you were describing where you were going today you were talking a bit fast as if you were reading a script. But as always a great vid.
Hi William, thank for your comments, I think I did rush it a bit and in hindsight tried to fit too much in. Will bear that in mind in future, thanks for watching though. 👍
ian harding - 😂🤣😂, of course, Eileen does like to walk though, it’s an opportunity to film from a different perspective and also get some exercise. 😂. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
