Hi, im bery new to DS part of the fun is playing the game w friends/ making a base and surviving throigh seasons. Could you enlighten me on what doing this accomplishes? Amazing run and i am super impressed, ive never even beat the game let alone on day 1.... what does this do for you just as curiosity? You said a new map in one of the other comments. What map? Im sorry for the questions, im ignorant on dont starve and im so so so looking forward to learning more of the game. Thanks, man.
Was this before the chapters or whatever? I've played a while but never beat it because I wasn't too sure what to do but it said something about chapter 3 to get wes and I thought there were other parts or something?

Well, technically it doesn't end (it just sends you to a new map), but it's the closest thing to an ending we have in this mode.

Most of the time they spawn near roads, I was just lucky to have them all spawn close together.

I assume by chapters you mean Adventure Mode. This was done on the standard Survival Mode.
