Into the Spiderverse was creative, refreshing, and an overall work of art. I was amazed at how good it was. Im going to see it again.

You can have you own opinions but personally I disliked the way the movie messed up some of my favorite spiders... Not only that but it's over rated and I think that the story pales in comparison to what it was "based on"

"Into the Spider-verse" is not an adaptation of the Spider-verse storyline, it is more of an adaptation of Miles' Orign, the 1st "Spider-Men" Crossover (between Ultimate Miles Morales & 616 Peter Parker) with some "Edge of Spider-verse" characters thrown in.

@@RobProb-X bit late but yeah, in the movie they were designated as the numbers in the comics, so they cant possibly be the same multiverse unless they retcon the part that miles and other spider-people in the movie live in the same universe as their comic counterparts
@@CharmedReally7 This is late as well, but for clarification: those numbers are merely an Easter egg. Same with the MCU being called 616 in Doctor Strange 2. In the lore, reality names are given by the Captain Britain Corps, who have access to every universe. The MCU, for example, is actually Earth-199999. We currently don’t know what the reality names are for the Spider-Verse movie characters, and due to legal issues, we probably won’t for a while.

It's really amazing that when Ben Parker put on his costume one last time, it's the same as when Peter Parker put his on after just getting his body back from Otto!
I hope we get more movies like into the Spiderverse movies with more little teams and villains like Superior Spiderman, Spiderman UK,Kaine, Anya Corizon, Silk, 2099, Assasain, Cosmic and others. I love the story and so many other characters. I havn't seen into the spiderverse yet but am on Sunday.

I saw an advanced screening for Into the Spiderverse and it was amazing. A very loose adaptation for both Spiderverse and his origin story, but a great movie with plenty of great moments.

I sometimes don’t like some of these crossovers…. mainly because it is like they never happened when looking from some characters perspectives, like for The Ultimate Spider-Man TV, it is never going to be shown or mentioned in his show and the same thing happened in some episodes but in a different way. To conclude, it makes me feel like some of the characters aren’t actually the real characters we used to know…

in this year's Arrowverse crossover, a guy named Psycho Pirate was revealed to have a role in next year's Crisis event. Can you do an episode on who he is?
frederik ahle if you dont know him i recommend reading crisis on infinite earths. He is like doc destiny but for ANTI monitor. So yeah kind of a henchman for him
From my understanding, Psycho Pirate is a character able to affect someone's emotions through verbal cues. He features as a prominent character in a Batman story. I can't remember if it's part of New 52 or Rebirth though. That being said, I really don't know much about him.
A few months ago I found a one shot huge compilation of the main story and didn’t buy it now revisiting the story with you made me seriously regret not buying it 😢 😂

spider-verse really was a crazy and amazing event imo, just being able to see some of my favorite heroes together fighting was nice. i have yet to read spider-geddon but i definitely will since ps4 spider-man is in it as well

Other comics to read for "into the spiderverse" are, 1)Ultimate spiderman, not all, but maybe the start and the end of Peters story 2) Spider-Men, an event where 616 Peter met and traveled to Miles Morales world, which this is what I believe the movie to be more based off of than spiderverse 3) most of the Edge of Spiderverse books, it will introduce you to 3 of the characters within the movie that weren't in the aforementioned books. Into the spiderverse in my eyes is an amalgamation of the books I've listed, while verrrrryyyyy loosely based off of this story. Happy readings!

I came up a name for a storyline in marvel call marvel-verse. In terms of story, I only know that all of the heros vs all of the Villians of the universe is in a war, so who what to development this story.

I’ve only heard about this storyline on various TH-cam videos, can anyone explain exactly when, where and how (in the spidererse storyline) Spider-Man (616) went from Superior (Doc-Oc) to normal (Peter Parker). Appreciate the insight!

I'm currently reading The Superior Spider-Man (so frigging good) and am curious as to how he can be in the same world as 616 Spidey, as I'm pretty sure Superior takes place in the 616 universe. Does Spider-Verse (the main story) take place after Peter gets his body back, and Ock-Spider has jumped forward in time? But Ock-Spider _thinks_ the Peter-Spider he's fighting alongside is from before him, when it's really the opposite? Does my question make sense? Jesus this is hard lol.
