I have a spring as big, we plumbed into our house, on my 40 acres about 30 miles north of Kansas City, thinking about selling also.

@@robinhacking277 It will probably be towards summer before we put it on the market. It has a 4 br, 2 bath house with a full walk-out basement , natural spring water system plumbed into the house. There’s a 40’ X 24’ two story greenhouse built onto the back of the house. The greenhouse heats the house during the daytime even in sub-freezing temperatures, and forced air wood/coal/gas furnace heats at night. We only use wood, since about 2/3’s of the property has hardwood forest. The only thing lacking to go totally off grid is an alternative electric system. We had planned on installing a micro-hydro generator on the spring, and wind for power.

I bet a couple of city slickers discovered more than gold flakes when they stumbled into a moonshine operation by the locals at that very same spot lol.

That 1/4" hardware cloth by the tires is reasonalbly new,no rust. My guess is it spanned the outlet. Looks like someone was raising thier own trout.

It's so worth it!
saw a spring with twice this flow 200 feet off flat rock river in indiana. tons of fossils in the creek it formed . just comes out of the rock like that one. 39degrees 24minutesN 85degrees42minutes is the approx location upstream from geneva. wooded , always thought it would be a fantastic place to have a home. have not been there in 53 years but after looking on google earth it is still just part of a farm.

There are so many natural springs in Missouri, it's unreal. The southern third of the state is karst with a lot of underwater water.
