You say build or camp in the fine print on your website you can’t build or camp year around on these sites. You can only camp 45 days a year . Plus you can’t cut any trees over 3 inches in diameter! So many restrictions on property that the client is buying seems unfair!!
Gary, we use BOLD print, not fine print, lol. You should check out our "Homesteader Friendly Tracts" which may be more amenable to what you want to do. You can find them on the website. Also, I'm not sure where you got the 3 inch timber restriction...possibly another land sales site?
@@InstantAcres I think American Patriot is referring to this: "Also please note that timber with a stump diameter of greater than 8 inches (when measured at ground level) may not be cut or removed until the property has been paid for in full."
