Can hardly believe I found you today after reading the instructions on my new processor and not finding which attachment or wondering which bowl to use to try to make my first homemade hummus!!! On top of you have THE EXACT SAME MODEL your recipe includes homemade tahini and taking the skin off the chickpea! I also take note you cooled the juice !!! I’m so amazed to find you!!!! I ll be watching for more recipes using that machine ❤❤❤❤
The Dollar Tree sells a set of the three funnels, the largest one is pretty big and can rest on the opening of the food processor while you pour your chickpeas in. Thank you for making this video!
Tahini in supermarket/general stores is much more bitter than Tahini that comes from Turkey/Greece/Arabic imported stock. Removing the skin from chickpeas is vital to also get rid of any bitterness.

Why remove the skins thats the fiber our body need
Removing the skins creates a smoother silkier texture. Chickpeas themselves have fiber but if you prefer to keep the skins on, that's good too
