I’ve never tried tahini with grape molasses. That sounds interesting. I didn’t know about the adding of ice makes it creamy. Really good tutorial brother.
I never assumed both were so simple to make. I ate hummus every breakfast the last week,almost out of it. Perfect timing to make my own. Will try with a puree stick,until I get a food processor. Great work!

i add 3 spoons yogurt , i add cumin , i add garlic powder and and raw , i add onion powder , i add frank red hot chili peppers , and it always comes out awsome dip with hot toasted bread

Some people like thick tahini some like thin ,only to add water,after your lemon,salt,garlic..its sold already made ,,,but just as a plain paste.
