    This was a blast!

    I just completed it. Wow. This is my favourite dance workout now. Happy dancing moment!!! Totally loveed it.. Thank you Pam for making my morning so happy and good.. But the climbers part😂 didn't wanted to do that..

      Which three ? There are loads to try, although a few need resistance bands which I don't have. I do keep going back to the 80s and 90s dance though which was the first one I found after trying a few Cher and similar workouts.
      p.s. In the comments on the Cher one someone said that years ago they lost several stone after finding the tape in a thrift store and doing it everyday for months. "The only bad exercise session is the one that doesn't happen"
