I miss Ben, one character that brought the drama. Max portrayal of Ben was outstanding he was a good mix of the young Ben who loved to sing and dance, you could see it in his interactions with Lexi, and the person who loved with all his heart was there with Callum but also someone beaten down by years of trauma. Max did a brilliant job capturing all the different forces pulling at Ben and what made Ben the way he is. Hope Max as Ben will be back some day.

I've always loved Ben and the various actors that played him, but as I've said on previous videos Max Bowden's portrayal of Ben will always be my favourite. He brought such range to the character showcasing both Ben's charisma and inner turmoil. I was sad to see both Ben/Max leave the show, hope it it was the last we have seen of Ben and hopeful Max will reprise the role some day.

Long overdue tribute to a ridiculously talented actor who poured his heart into this role and MADE it ICONIC with his nuanced portrayal of Ben's complexity. As much as it pains me to think we'll probably never get Ballum back (and that means Tony+Max, nobody else compares!), I'm glad to see Max has moved on to new interesting projects for him to fully display his brilliancy. 💙 I still love Callum to bits, but it's not the same... It's your loss, Eastenders (and ours).

MMMMAAAXXXX is the 🐐 of Ben Mitchell. No one can hold a candle. Just kill the character off if he’s not returning. He is EXCELLENT. The man has more charisma in his pinkie finger than a lot of other leads have in their entire body.
I miss Ben so much. I miss Ben & his other relationships so much. I miss Ben Callum so much.
Best Ben going, was a big fan of this actor in Eastenders.

I agree there. They wouldn’t leave the character alone for 2 minutes. But that’s the show’s fault. Not the actor or character’s fault. And some people don’t seem to be able to grasp that the show overdid it w Ben … and that the actor or even the character aren’t to blame 😂. But the show itself. Hopefully when he returns, his character can focus on his relationship with his kid & husband and less on torturing him

He was the best Ben Mitchell in my opinion. Better actor, made Ben a more rounded character. Shame Max got sacked for his off-screen shenanigans.
One of the best actors this show has ever had. And his partnership and chemistry with Tony was one of the main reasons for the most famous gay couple in soaps in recent years.
Then, because of the stupid decision of a bad executive producer, he was fired and the couple was destroyed.
I'm glad Max is happy and doing other things. I hope he becomes more and more successful and doesn't have to go back to this crappy show.

No, a rape victim does not deserve to be in prison when he's so vulnerable. It was a ludicrous, shoehorned storyline that retconned his personal growth from the past few years to facilitate a rushed and undeserved exit.

He doesn’t have any highlights he was most self centred character there’s ever been people only like him because he’s gay nothing else if he was straight everyone would hate him he made Lola’s death all about him, laundered money, attacked countless people including his own Nephew Peter, killed an innocent women in Heather and the list could go on but because of his sexuality none of it seems to matter.
Don’t like it, don’t watch it. Max won several awards for Eastenders which proves that your opinion is pretty much irrelevant. Ben’s the main character, get over it.

Both the actor & character are a huge loss to the show. Whenever Ben comes back (just not in this current era, cos 🫤) 🤞🏾it’s Max they bring back to play him.
