And how hateful she was about Janet because she had downs syndrome. She kept referring to her as "it" and saying "It should be left at the hospital where it belongs." Truly awful.
Yes, but she also realised her mistakes and apologised to Mark for not understanding HIV and wanted to know more about it. They became very close in the end.
Remember when she asked Phil to get rid of Archie and then when Phil came back and said "It's done" she made him his favourite meal and pudding.
