I am not able to both get down and get on the bed. When doing the exercise ( first one ,) , my legs just slip down. Please suggest how to go about the 😢

From the start this isn't practical for many MS patients. First you are lying on the floor which is a hard surface, in reality trying to do the same on a mattress is very difficult becauseit's soft and yielding. Then I find it impossible to get my knees into the position demonstrated and if do manage it, they won't stay but flop over to one side or the other.
