I think a little over a thousand (which is what Frieren presumably is since she still looks like a pretty young girl in the flashback of Flomme finding her right after her village got cooked by the demons a thousand years ago) is still basically teenager by elf standards. I'd say right now she passes for a 17 yr old girl in terms of looks maybe 18 but yeah Frieren is still basically a child by elf standards.
