I take my butter out of the freezer all the time and put it on the counter and it doesnt spoil.

If you have a blood sugar issue, you should not be eating most of what I'm seeing you unloading. Did you know that bananas are the fruit that is only second to dates as having the most sugar and bananas are not as potassium rich as avocados and avocados also have the healthy fats we need and helps to control blood pressure too. We really should eat an avocado a day. At 73 I have learned the hard way that to be truly healthy we need to cut ALL sugar and as many carbs as we can. Doing this will balance your blood sugar, help you get to a healthy weight, diminish inflammation and many other health issues we deal with as we age. I do wish I had known at 20 what I learned when I was 70 about eating and diet. And, of course, Big Food and Big Pharma aren't interested in us knowing because we are making them rich by being unhealthy.

Such a wonderful assortment of groceries from Will... he's been such a blessing to you. The salad kits are great, I love them for dinner with a chicken breast or salmon. I always keep my butter (salted) on the counter too, and have never had it go bad. I make chili as my hubby loves it too. I make a big pot, and then freeze for when he wants a quick lunch or supper. I put portions in sealer bags, but freeze it first before sealing, and that way it lasts for months without getting freezer frost. Have a lovely week !! 💕
We keep our butter in a butter dish by our toaster. Land O Lakes & it’s never gone bad, either. Been doing it for decades.oh & yes it is salted.

Before 2020, we used to go across the border to get groceries as there are so many different items than we can get here, and dairy and meat was so much cheaper than up here in Canada. I love the Land O Lakes butter, and would buy several pounds at a time. Here we pay 5.99 a pound for the cheaper butter... (reg price) or the higher brand is 6.99 to 8.99 a pound. Crazy prices!

Thaf Trolly Dolly sure does come in handy with your stairs! I've seen them in catalogues, but was never sure if it worked as they said! I see now that it does! Blessings to your subscriber who sent it to you! Theg will bs rewarded in the next life, too! Cucumber salad is thinly sliced cucumbers and onions mixed with mayo, tiny bit of vinegar, salt and pepper(some people also add a bit of sugar or sweetener of choice) WHEN YOU SLICE YOUR CUCUMBERS PUT THEM IN A COLANDER WITH A LITTLE SALT, MIX THEM AROUND AND SUSPEND THE COLANDER OVER A BOWL OR SOMETHING TO CATCH THE WATER THAT WILL BE RELEASED, OR YOU WILL HAVE A WATERY SALAD! Then use the cucumbers in the salad and you might not need any salt now. Taste and see. Or you could slice the cucumber the long way, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and then slice it thinly. You avoid the salting and draining and will have no water in your salad. Enjoy! (Lots of cucumber salad recipes on line!) It keeps a good while in refrig.❤😊

I'm so glad you have such a good friend like Will. 😊😇 I love Dean's Onion Dip too. You gotta try Daisy Brand French Onion Dip🧅 when you can. I swear its the best and creamiest there is. So good. I also love Chili all the time. I like to put finely chopped onions, grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top. You can eat more potatoes 🥔 in your diet to get more potassium. I'm always low in it too. Funny how we like the same things. The last 2 times I went grocery shopping I just had to get me a big bag of cherries. 🍒They were so big, juicy and sweet. Yum. I've been looking for some good watermelon🍉 but its so darn high. Isnt really that sweet either. Have you ever tried premade guacamole dip 🥑 called Wholly Guacamole? If you like it you'll love this kind. I usually get the Classic kind but it comes in Chunky also. I eat it with Tortillia Chips or Fritos or just plain Ruffles Chips. But its good on anything. Its spreadable too. Thats another thing thats good for potassium also. Oh gosh! I made myself hungry now. 😅 I better go do some shopping today.😊 ❤

I always took the brand but last 3-4 months I’ve been taking the generic brand.
I feel absolutely terrible!
So exhausted!
Yet, blood levels are normal.
Can you tell me what you were experiencing physically that made you take only the brand name?

The generic has something in it that makes me feel awful. I'm exhausted, weak, & have confusion & brain fog. I've tried taking Levothyroxine several times since moving from Florida to the north. I really wanted to buy the cheaper generic, but I can't function on it. All the years that I lived in Florida I was always on Synthroid because Florida law prohibited the generic thyroid meds back then.

I hope I can get it since my last prescription for 90 days was just last month.

Your doctor has to indicate on the prescription that it's for BRAND NAME ONLY. The pharmacy will fill it then. Does your insurance pay for Synthroid?

Also your thyroid meds have to be taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hr before eating. I try to remember to take my Synthroid when I get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night
