I hate to admit it but I know nothing about cars other than changing a tire and an oil change. This video has helped me and guided me towards the right mechanic! Thank you. You've earned yourself a new subscriber.
Great video! Although I can't fix it myself even though I would try if I had the tools and the space , I am now better informed when I take it to my mechanic. 💪🏼👍🏼
I have a 2012 Nissan Rogue that showed one code, PO776, said the solenoid B was stuck off. Is it safe to think if I replace it the problem will be solved. Also the mechanic thinks I may have an air leak somewhere(my word). Could this be the cause of the failing solenoid. I don’t like to assume anything but the words pressure & air leak definitely gave me pause. Any feedback on this? Your video is the 1st one I found that mentions solenoid B & not being a mechanic I watched it. When it started with the possibilities in 20 different directions I followed it down the rabbit hole, when it got to the end I almost passed out! Apparently I forgot to breathe. So many possible things to go wrong in one short video, are you trying to kill me!! It’s one big puzzle…one big giant puzzle.
That exactly happen to me I took my pathfinder for transmission service and stop working properly now they want to replace the whole transmission for 7 grand
Did you fix your Nissan Pathfinder? I have the P0776 Code on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and I don't know what to do. The dealer wants to charge me way too much to replace the transmission but the car runs good but at the beginning slips but then it runs good.
It can vary and depend on the vehicle and how it was driven. For example, a Toyota Corolla mostly highway driven likely 100,000 miles. A Chevy Cruze mostly city driven likely 75,000 miles.

Yes replace it. If you have done so where did you find the part? Seems to be hard to find
Does ANYONE know where pressure solenoid B is located for a 2015 VW JETTA 1.8T
So I just changed the transmission oil and filter on my infiniti and this code popped up. It was totally fine before, any ideas?
Where to buy these solenoids
Jcarpart online
Nice but you never said where the B solenoid is located or maybe I missed it.
The location will vary and be different for each transmission.
Part #?
