I've used the TRX system at my gym for years. They work great. Pandemic closed the gym. So, bought these several months ago for my home gym. Cost way less than TRX. They are not quite the same, but build quality is very good and they are safe. I think they are a good buy.
I purchased the TRX system several weeks ago and I'm very impressed with the concept behind all these systems. Highly recommended and find an alternative to TRX if you don't want to spend the money. They are a bit pricey but they often have sales and the quality is excellent.

Can someone describe the anchor and strap systems. I would love guidance regarding placement of the height of the anchors, the type of anchors, etc. etc. DIY

@@Kaaybrat I have the Jungle Gym XT, they're quite good. SportChek is trying to get rid of them for around 30 bucks, but no online stock - need to check local stores for that.

Helpful to know. How do they differ? I have the Flige, but was thinking of getting an addition suspension kit.

I’m very impressed with this Flige suspension. The row is hard but important for my strength program and it is not risky for my disc issues.

We have thorough videos on this. Search on our channel: “wall anchors” and videos will come up for installation.

If you go on amazon Canada's site and type in trx, you'll see several other brands that are about the same as this one. Trx is very costly.
