After shoulder surgery I absolutely had no arm muscles. With TRX I gained back my muscles, I manage to strengthen my shoulder and got a physique that I thought was no longer possible for me to have. this was rough for me. broke my ankle 5 month ago and have shoulder problems aswell.. but really tried my best... hope to get some strength back
I definitely want to try these. I have Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome so until I strengthen & stabilize my glutes I'll have to take it easy. Which is no fun!
This was a bit of a brain workout for me, too! I have the TRX on the door and had to pause a lot to readjust. Nice workout though!
