@@javi4591 I do appreciate it, but when one's hard work and determination cannot earn the ideal result for that person, it is indeed quite sad. Deft's current best worlds result is still semis, and if he cannot go beyond that near the end of his careers, it would mean that result wise, he could not take a single step forward even after 8 years of hard work, which is quite sad and disappointing you think about it.
Look at these LCK pros. Tell me, which one of them the lacks determination and hard work you speak of? They all have that, and thus their result is what determines whether they are successful as a player. Esports is just like other sports, results is what's most important.

I have literally no investment in worlds whatsoever, I just like to tune in once in a while to Doms TH-cam channel. That anhib respawn actually had me gasping irl. Unfucking real. What an absolute wild game that one was.
I’m pretty sure the nexus was LEGIT 1 hp. You couldn’t even see the red part of the bar anymore. God was actually on the side of EDG that game.

Viper why? He played fine but he was not giga gapping anyone in lane. He was too dependent on aphelios which forced the Heim ban from EDG. He was too scared to play opt into Sivir/Yuumi into Caitlyn or take Caitlyn first. Canyon was carrying the load for DWG. Viper was a bystander until late game. Strange how he went from someone who could Yasuo/Vladmir/plethora of bot lane picks to being stuck on Aphelios. Hell, Viper has arguably not been top 3 ADC at worlds.
@@Gurpreet-sv5zg Viper is an ADC he is supposed to play passively until teamfights and if you actually looked at how he played the fights he was vastly superior to the rest of his team that series and on a side note ADC is a role that's supposed to be played with your team or rely on as you put it and also the fact that it's not soloq so the decision of what ADC to play isn't solely put on the ADC but it's a team decision, it's only super star players that always pick their picks and the team picks around that player like caps for example. You're neglecting the fact that it's a team game in your argument, you do not believe he lost his ability to play the champions just because he didn't pick them I hope or you're beyond delusional in your arguments.

I’d love to see meteos and dom costream something. I’ve noticed they have super similar takes on the game at points, and they’d be able to get super specific with jg knowledge. Plus lcs history/stories is always fun

I remember someone from the casters or analyst (i think it was Phreak) say that drx and edg were very similar, with one similarity being that both of their top laners were kinda trash (a bit harsh imo but you get the idea)

Although DRX won EDG this game, everyone on EDG except Viper griefed as hard as they could, the game was entertaining but all over the place and DRX drafts were pretty bad. I really hope they can fix that before the semi vs GENG because stuffs like this aint gonna fly against GENG.

DEFT is so good. He knows he can't match Viper in meta champ pool so he innovated his champions to dominate lane all games. One of the smartest players of all time and a top notch ADC of all time probably second only to Uzi right now, Viper and Ruler are close and will eventually overtake him but this world's Deft proved even at 27 years age he can dominate the top ADCs not by mechanics or skills but by using innovations and brain. So happy for him.
Also huge credit to Beryl the guy played insane this series with all off meta champs EDG didn't expect. Great preparation by DRX bot lane. Credit to their coaching staff as well.
No, that was Beryl's doing. Every game became a bot lane arms race for lane priority. Meiko wants to play engage support but Beryl choosing his champions forced him onto ranged too but Beryl's picks along with Deft's were always lane winning over ViperMeiko
@@johnj3027 I mentioned Beryl and coaching staff, DRX were just too well prepared. Ezreal, Draven, Ashe not many bot lanes playing these champs which Deft picked to win lane alongside Beryls unique picks. Just too good

You dont have to agree with every streamer out there, i watch LS and agree with him when it comes to all korean teams, nor do i agree with everything dom says about the lpl or the chinese teams. LS will always be biased towards korea and dom will always be biased towards china, its what they know the most about. They have more arguments for why their region of choice is better than everyone else, doesnt mean there arent counter arguments but since theyre not discussing it, theyre merely stating their opinion, they will always come off as biased. Its not a bad thing, you just have to use your brain a bit. Think on your own, either you agree with a point they make or you disagree, you cant possibly agree or disagree with everything.
Im an LCK fan, but Dom makes more sense when hes not talkin about LCK or LPL. LS is just bad at the game
Tbh to save brain cells don't listen to both. They are both just really bad and wrong. As well, LS is definitely not the person you listen for LCK takes. He thinks LCK plays everything wrong so unless you're new to the scene it's better to find someone else.
