I don't think I would have much to offer in the way of typical low fat menus because I don't believe that low far is the way to go. I don't eat dairy anymore also but I eat do high fats like avocado and healthy oils and nuts and seeds. Every so often, I do show some grain free or vegetarian or vegan dishes, but I stay clear of so called "healthy" dishes for the most part because I get cussed out from the "know it alls" and because I'll run out of recipes pretty darn fast. Congrats on your weight loss. I know how hard that is because I've lost 100 lbs about 6 years ago.

Dairy and meat are healthy and a big part of most lowcarb diets which lead to some spectacular weight losses. If youre sensitive to dairy, try raw, pastured milk and cheese, yogurt, etc. and heal your gut so you can eat these things.
