    Hi, nice job!
I made a trrussed swingarm while converting my old bike from twin-shock to pro-link monoshock. Chain doesn't clear the swingarm without adding too much weight and/or losing too much rigidity. I'm thinking about making a roller like this integrated into the swingarm itself.
Nice lathe, what model is it? First time i see one like this.

@@MrFixit1 i use a soviet TV16 back from 1961. Smaller than your one, but seems to employ same belt pulley shifting. I bought a rather cheap VFD and it has eased working with it a lot. Variable speed, motor brake, reverse, originally had none of that.

@@nickythespacebiker I swapped a treadmill speed controller and a 12v motor into mine, I also added a reverse function. Works like a charm.

How fast did the chain eat right through that thing

800 road miles so far and very little damage. Thanks for doubting the validity of this very durable plastic.

That's awesome I didn't think it would go more than a couple days because I've been dealing with the same type of thing and I have rollers like it but they must not be as strong because my chain just eats through everything I've tried so far four-wheeler with a motorcycle engine on it and the chain doesn't clear the swingarm so I need something to hold it up a little bit

@@williamedwards7315 All of the research I did lead me to nylon and Delrin plastic because of its high abrasion resistance.
