  • This is just a rough how to video which shows you some key places to fish for flounder at Seawolf Park which is located in Galveston Texas. Using google maps you can use similar techniques and scout out similar areas to fish that have some of the same characteristics of Seawolf Park. Knowing the flounder season is nearing the end I just wanted to quickly post this video about the area and help anyone that wasn't sure where to fish. Please stay safe while wade fishing.

      I haven't fished there for trout in years, every spring I talk about hitting SWP but haven't made it out there yet. Maybe I'll hit it this year

    Again!! Great info Ruben. I myself wouldn't go that far in to Seawolf park. I would usually stop and fish by pelican bridge and caught some doormats. Still good to know brotha, and I'm placing this info in my archives. Thanks funk so brotha!!! Tight lines never stop brotha!!!!!

      You know I don't wear one so I'm not going to suggest anyone else to. Ppl have to take their own safety into account. If it was a place like San Luis Pass where people were drowning every year I wouldn't make a video showing it as a good wade fishing spot. Thanks for watching 🤙🏼

    Great sharing, also highlighting safety. I have fished out there for years, season has been shifting later and later due to warmer weather. I have fished with you a few times this season while wading, I mostly use live finger mullet for flounder. But at times get out fished by gulp. Keep up the good work.

      This isn't an app in the video it's a NOAA Nautical Chart I used online. OceanGrafix.com but as far as an app you can download the lowrance app and use it as a depth map. I use it when I'm scouting a new area or to find a deep hole to fish. Thanks for watching👊🏼🤙🏼

    Good info but you do know you don’t have to pay to wade fish the area? All you have to do is park behind the signs and walk in there on the left hand side. You only have to pay if you fish in the park.

    • @TexasAllWaterFishing
      @TexasAllWaterFishing  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      From my understanding if you fish that area by entering through the parks grounds you have to pay. There's signs posted in front stating if you pass this point you must pay. There's park employees on a goftcart that with stop you if they see you & ask you to pay.
