    Excellent and very useful advice on insomnia from a leading researcher on the subject. And, thank you to Fresh Heart Project for bringing this valuable information in the public domain for sufferers of insomnia. Could you do a similar podcast from an expert on anxiety? Thank you.

    Thank you so much to open up my thinking about insomnia
    I been struggling for years and I tried about absolutely everything there is on the market , sleep routine, herbal supplements, meditation, mouth taping, but my body doesn’t need to sleep eight hours if I get 4 to 6 and average night I am happy and I don’t feel like I’m tired or deprived of sleep. So I think that is eight hours a night. It’s a not realistic at all.
