  • Welcome to this hypnobirthing meditation! This is a hypnobirthing guided meditation for sleep (you will be guided through a woodland on a summer's evening) and you can listen to it during pregnancy to help you relax and get better rest as your pregnancy progresses.
    Getting good quality pregnancy sleep can be more challenging over time, especially by the third trimester. I hope that, by listening to this bedtime pregnancy meditation, you will drift off into a deep and restful sleep with fewer wake-ups during the night.
    For maximum benefit, please listen to this hypnobirthing sleep meditation at least 3 times per week. This audio comprises of 20 minutes of guided meditation then 40 minutes of soothing music to continue to relax your mind and body as you float even more deeply into the realm of sleep.

      @@HypnobirthingWithAnja honestly it’s saved me! Listening for my naps to wind down during the day and also before bed. They are surprise DCDA twins and will be due in mid July! I have also started playing this track for my little 2 year old girl to wind down before bed. She says “sleep mumma” 😍😍😍 keep making these inspiring meditations. Thankyou Anja!

      It is my first pregnancy! Little baby boy keeps me up at night and I’m trying to get my nap over the day and your meditation has been a lifesaver. Doing okay, first trimester was hell compared to now 😅

      Hi Katherine, sometimes, it can take longer for some women to fall asleep than others. It also depends on how easily you relax as a person. Some of us are more open to suggestion and deep relaxation than others. It can take practice. I may create some longer audios with extended music in the background to see if this helps you. How many weeks pregnant are you?

      It took me a few attempts with different meditations to relax and fall asleep the first few times! Now, im asleep within a few minutes 😂

    I was really enjoying this and then heard creepy whispering around 17.35 and it freaked me out so I had to stop listening...
