    I just want to say thank for all your amazing hypnobirthing meditations! I experienced anxiety attacks for short periods of time in the beginning of my third trimester and your meditations rescued me! So grateful I found you! I listen to your meditations every single day and will listen until my baby born 🤍🙏🏼 thank you again ✨🙏🏼

    I am jst in the 1 trimestre but I have been so nervous and so stressful and just focus on negative and be super upset with everyone around me.
    your voice and your words really calm me down.🤗

      Hi! I totally understand that nervousness and stress you are experiencing in the 1st trimester. Alot of anxiety can come with pregnancy. It's easy to focus on negative things but if you can, try to think of 5 things you are grateful for every day. Doing this for the past 8 years has really helped to shift my mindset and made me a much more positive person. It also helped me to feel grateful for pregnancy even though it came with challenges. I'm glad you find the meditation calming. You deserve to feel happy and relaxed during your pregnancy. ❤️👍

      @@HypnobirthingWithAnja thank you Anja, it's been just one day of feeling down, other than that mostly good days, so it wasn't too bad :) I am 25 weeks so things are getting more serious! I can't wait to do the couples meditation tonight again with hubby. We all enjoy it a lot ❤

    Could you make a similar video for postpartum? My baby is now 8 month old and we suffer due to sleep regression. So I came back to your chanal to relax and restore during the day naps of my baby.
