    Great video Colin. I appreciated that you took the time to explain different details in this video as it’s a repeat movement. There’s so much depth to learn!
    What differentiates your videos is taking the time to explain the shifts in weight, body turns, and when hands are changing positions (I’m assuming there’s no weight shifting / turns if you don’t mention them?).

      Yes it sure is. It's ok to adjust foot position a bit before or after stepping in order to end up in the correct position.
