Superior product/service delivery and effective marketing strategies require a deeper understanding of what constitute an excellent service or product from a customer’s point of view. The Customer Experience Journey helps enterprises to outline the entire customer experience and experiences by visualizing the typical stages a customer goes through when using a product or service. It also makes visible the product/service strengths, weaknesses, financial opportunities at each stage of the experience.
