Thanks as always, I really rely on these videos to build my HoF units. That said 1) Deirdre can only proc her Miracle effect once per map, not once per turn as you said 2) In the scenario against d!Igrene that you made, if Igrene took Deirdre down to 1 HP with her AOE, Deirdre’s Miracle effect won’t proc and Igrene’s first attack will kill Deirdre. Deirdre has to have more than 1 HP remaining after the AOE attack to survive, and even then she has to one shot Igrene or be killed by Igrene’s second attack.
I need one more merge on my Deirdre and this is the perfect hall of forms to pick up a Seliph! I have 8 Formas so im glad i can finally use some. Hoping Deirdre’s refine (next year??) is amazing and really takes advantage of her unique special! Appreciate the in-depth review, helped a lot!
This isn’t related to the video but Elimine is probably going to be making a resurgence soon. I was testing some stuff and apparently she can stop F!B!Robin’s Ice Tiles from spawning with False Start even if False Start gets neutralized by Micaiah. When I noticed this I double checked the icons to make sure False Start was removed and it was. It still stopped the Ice Tiles from spawning. If people set their defenses up utilizing the Ice Tiles for protection, they may be leaving themselves wide open for Elimine to turn that off. Edit: Apparently it doesn’t work against Fryer. He completely stops False Start from appearing. I just assumed it would work on him too but it doesn’t. It does work against Micaiah though along with other cleanses that work like hers. Micaiah is a very common substitute for Fryer since she has a similar effect against Elimine while providing much more support. If you are trying to run the Ice Tiles, make sure to protect your Robin with Fryer or risk losing the Ice Tiles when using Micaiah.
Are you sure about that? I’m testing this out myself with my own AR-D/AR-O team and the ice is still coming out with Freyr being the reason. May want to double check and confirm, Freyr continues to fully null False Start
@@shezpherd I was only able to test it against Micaiah and it worked. I know she can only cleanse 2 penalties at a time, but I do know False Start was the penalty cleansed. It worked against her so I thought it would work with Fryer but I don’t have a Fryer to test.
@@shezpherd Yes you are right, it doesn’t work against Fryer. I was finally able to find one I could test against. I guess if someone subs in Micaiah or Safy over Fryer you can stop the Ice Tiles still. Fryer still completely shuts her down
My concern with deirdre is any HOF build today will be mid (@ best) by the time of her refine. You'd really hope a newer skill like Resonance 4 would still be meta relevant in the future, but you must have your head in the sand to be that optimistic with how IS scales FEH
I have a +9 Deirdre and I am in this for the long haul. And also looking here because I have foddered off so much to her that I need to see what's actually good. Thank you for doing the lord's work Fehology.
I'm an absolute omnitank lover sooo seliph is really tempting me this HoF, with the recent skills really benefiting omnitanks, I think one of my forma souls is gonna go for him !
Can Distant Storm work as an A Skill for Sigurd? I thought it’s be cool since his healing weapon effect kinda neutralizes the -5 HP effect from the skill. Or should I just stick to Atk/Spd Excel since his Def and Res aren’t as high as that of armored units?
I think ima pick a Forma from Thracia 776, because they have so few options they have to give us something good. I’m talking L!Nanna, Rearmed Reinhardt, Ascended Ced and Tina/Safy. Or August for the healer if IS wants to troll.
9:34 i was able to get everything except excell atk/spd. Instead i have sturdy surge as A skill and odd defense wave 4 as c skill. Is it still a viable build?
My barracks is weak in Judgral units so Im getting Julia and Nana If Nana is in Roy's game Ill get her as well (im good with lyn's roster but weak with Roy's)
Sigurd is just on that perfect speed tier that he can easily use potent due to it having a -10 spd requirement! most units that don't stack a lot of speed kinda just explode, think, micaiah, duo robin, fomortiis, w!edelgard, freyr.
LF doesn’t work very well with circlet of balance. If you’re planning on using a different special, then LF will definitely work. Otherwise, I’d go for Resonance.

We can't rule out the chance that the ice tiles are supposed to appear, but it's an error on IS' part that will be fixed later. 😅
