- We got to fly the original Legal Eagle XL today with the Briggs and Stratton 23 mounted. Flew great. The original LEXL and my LEXL fly very similar. Not fast but lots of fun. The original LEXL only has a hall effect air speed and it was not working for some reason but everything worked great. I want to Thank Leonard Milholland for letting me fly the original LEXL.

Took me a minute to see that you’re talking about THE original LEXL. Neat.
You and Leonard are heroes of mine. That twin sounds sweet! Excellent landing sir.
Dreams are great when they become a reallity.
Well done Les and Leonard😉
Great video, thanks 👍
Nice very nice!
ground speed 47.8338 over the airfield, takeoff roll is 501 feet, avg speed from wheels up to road at end of runway on initial climbout 41.5 mph
Very Cool. I noticed that this still has the 2 Mikunis on it. My plans, purchased this month mentioned it's running a single VM26. Did it get switched back?
Building H 21 right now.
Looks like you took a long time getter in air? What's the airfield location? Thanks
I think they're in Texas. I guess slightly underpowered with the Briggs and Stratton.
