Beautiful voice and speech
Sure, the JBL Clip is cheaper, but it isn't comparable to the Bose Soundlink Micro. The JBL has only some mid and high frequencies while the Bose covers almost the complete spectrum. Overall the sound quality of the Micro is far beyond the JBL. A JBL Flip 4 would do a better job in comparison with it's little brother.

I use it to watch videos on my iPad and there is no lag whatsoever.
Looks like the bluetooth delay does not exist in 2019. I've tried this on Android, iPhone, Mac, and Windows.

I bought it and it sounds so great for its size.. but when i connect it with bose connect app it automaticaly update its firmware to 3.0.3 and the sounds became terrible.. I bring it to bose center and replace it with new one..
Piece of advice.. of you buy this bose micro please dont update the firmware, just be happy with the built in firmware.

The Tech Man Less than 10% gain in charge time. Just use a USB turbo charger. Besides overnight charging will charge it regardless of which you use. And this speaker hold a charge all day long while in use 4 days such as at the beach or at the lake. It's just the newest latest greatest way for them to take your money. Now if it charge to 50% faster than I could possibly see it but the biggest selling point on it is does it matter if you turn it upside or down it still fits meaning it was designed for lazy people and idiots.

Jbl connect app is beyond a nightmare. It was working like a dream until they update thier speakers to connect plus. Go to the google play store Jbl connect app and read before you buy it!!!
On top of that Jbl technical support is useless like a ashtrays on motorbikes!!!! No real help just endless empty promises.
gtb100dzikus One possible solution to the app problem is go on an apk website (particularly apkmirror since they're owned by android police) and download an older version of the app. That said, if you have an Apple device, good luck, my friend.
HerebyOrdinary In November last year they update the app and speakers firmware together so the older version of the app doesn't work. On the charge3 and flip4 also sound signature is change with connect function engaged. Jbl refuse to refund, replace or even send me a use speakers with previous firmware... so I took them back to the store and I get new ones with old firmware. The app I've got from ApkPure.

Bill Pairaktaridis yes I love it too. Fantastic when I doing price tickets 4 in the morning at work. 😁 jbl is stock that gets a limited run and then gets discontinued with heavy price reductions dependant on stock levels and sales. Sainsburys is famous for heavy discounting on speakers and radios .
Simon Says The Clip 2 is a good budget speaker but not a good speaker. The Bose SoundLink Micro is far and away better and still a relatively cheap speaker.
RED S7VN totally agree. Jbl are way overpriced but they are made well . Jbl clip 3 has improved overall sound and look. I'll wait for a price drop for that 😁

The Soundlink Micro is an annoying piece of Crap. When I shut down my computer for the night, this piece of shit announces it's connecting to my computer, Every 10 minutes, ALL fkn night long. Of course I disconnected it after the first night, but occasionally I forget...FCK!. It also causes endless connection problems in the same room with other bluetooth devices. It's as though it wants exclusive rights to any bluetooth signal given off by other devices. I'd like to do the underwater test, Strap it to a brick at toss it into the Pacific.
